It was fine. Our unit is in good shape, so we didn't need any follow-up services.

It was great! We have moved since then, but would otherwise have loved to have them return this year.

Went very well. The service technician was very kind and professional. They arrived withhin their window and called ahead of time just like they said they would. Which is great because the service was at a condo I am selling and it would have been boring sitting there waiting in an empty condo if they had missed the window. I would and am using them again. I signed them up to come do routine maintenance on the system at my house.

.He told me of some problems that I had not been aware of but did not recommend repairs (good thing to see in this day and age because everyone seems to be chasing the almighty buck) until there was an actual breakdown of the parts included. He also fixed a few minor things on the furnace that were not working correctly and there was no additional charge.

He arrived on time and was very courteous. After he inspected and serviced the furnace he explained what he had done (just routine maintenance). Would use them again in the future.

We love this company. They are thorough and always educate us about our furnace and AC as well as answer any of our questions. Great customer service.

Quick response time. I was worried we would have to replace the entire unit. Terry had a great attitude, was very knowledgeable and had it up and running quickly.

Fire & Ice Heating and Air Conditioning were extremely knowledgeable. When they came in they ran all these tests and checked duct work. They explained everything along the way, gave us a lot of options, thorough, and just were really intelligent.

I purchased a big deal from them and it went well. I have used them for several things since.

Fire & Ice installed a Trane XL20i (Heat Pump/AC), XV95 (Propane Furnace), and Comfortlink 2. Maggie from Fire & Ice was my salesperson and she did a great job. She spent at least an hour in the house measuring and making sure we got the right system and everything would work properly and explaining everything to me. She is very thorough and came back after the install to make sure everything was working correctly. I mentioned that the thermostats outside temperatures were a bit off (because it was reading from a website) and she said she would get a sensor installed outside, no problem. The initial install was done by Rodney, Bryan, Andy, and probably some more people I never saw. These guys were great. They answered all my random questions and did a super clean job of running new pipe to the outdoor unit as well as the exhaust vent. The new unit has been in for 2 months now and has worked great and does a wonderful job of keeping the house cool as well. Thanks everyone!

Came out more than once. Replaced the control panel and fuse so it worked. But the fuse blew out again and he replaced it no charge- said maybe it was just a bad fuse and it was working again. Then fuse blew out again so they replaced the wire from air conditioner to furnace system, said there could be a short on the line somewhere. They found one short but just replaced the whole line so there would be no problems. But they only charged me for the first trip. They were very professional and he brought his supervisor when they had to come back to make sure everything was done the best way possible.

It went perfect. We purchased an Angie's List deal, which helped mitigate the cost, and Fire & Ice took care of the rest.

Nice job, the air is much better and I'm not dusting as often.

I had bought a "Big Deal" for the preseason check-up, then had coolant added while the tech was here as needed. As usual, the service was top notch and I will definitely use them again.
