This company is staffed with a highly professional and knowledgeable staff, from the salesman to the install techs. Fire and Ice provided us with a thorough analysis of what we needed in our home based upon our personal preferences. At no point did I feel like they were trying to "up-sell" me. Our original plan did not include the furnace but after disassembling the unit the install techs found a crack in the heat exchange. While this was a rather unforeseen cost, they did work with me on the overall price to some extent. I would give them an A across the board, but I do feel the total cost was a bit expensive. That being said, I'm 100% satisfied with the job they completed, and cannot imagine a more professional HVAC company. I will definitely give them a referral any chance I get.

They were wonderful. They were very friendly, they're experts, knows what they were talking about so I absolutely have confidence. They were the ones who said "Okay", they could have said, "Hey, change the air conditioner right now" know about it spending the money right now and they got me on hold because I need money. I like the company that isn't pushing on and is honest.

They were fantastic and I've had no problems with them. He came when he said he would come and did what he said he's going to do. If there was anything that I wasn't pleased with was that when I paid for online, then they were supposed to get in touch with me and I think they got a little inundated with appointments made on Angie's List, and they had not called me to schedule an appointment, so I called them.

They did the seasonal inspection for the air conditioning to make sure it was working properly, they cleaned up the outside of the air conditioner, they cleaned up the boiler, the filter, checked the pressure and checked the setting. They did a real good job.

Good call, prompt, walked me through the overall status of my ac.

The technician arrived on time and was very nice. He thoroughly went through the furnace and checked its function. My AC was not working at the time and since it is under warranty the technician did not perform the AC tune up.

Furnace stopped working. Fire & Ice came in immediately, saw the problem and fixed it. In & out in under 30 min. Very knowledgeable people and very courteous.

I requested service on Sunday morning. The man on call contacted me at about 8am and told me it would cost extra if he came out on Sunday. I told him that was ok. I am not home much during the week, but need to make sure the house is cool enough for my pets. He said he would call me back after he was "up and about". He called at 7:30 at night without apology and asked if I still wanted him to come out. I said I thought he had blown me off, but yes come on out. He then tried to talk me out of it, so I said "You win. Enjoy your evening." The next morning, I decided I would look for another company to call, but Fire and Ice made a follow up call that morning. I told her everything. she offered to send someone out that evening after I get home from work. I said just don't send Bruce, I am scared to have him work on my air conditioner. she assured me she would send someone else. That person did show up late, but called in advance to let me know. He was very courteous and told me I would not be charged anything for the service call,because of my trouble and that Bruce no longer works for the company. He fixed the problem in a timely fashion and only charged me for the actual work provided. I am pleased at how well they were able to turn my first impression around.

They worked steadily and expertly for ten hours; cleaned up everything, and the system works fine; much better than the 25 year old one it replaced.

Brad from Fire & Ice was extremely professional and thorough. He walked me through the entire AC inspection and provided helpful tips on things to watch for and ways to extend the life of my units. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to maintain their HVAC units or needing a repair!

I called on 27th they came out on 28th. I was amazed that he always put on and took off his little shoe covers when he came in and went out. After routine questions and some checking he said we had a leak where 2 feed tubes had rubed together and that he could fix it and then fill it ith 7.5 lbs of Freon for total of $650. I said YES!!! go for it!! Afterwards he showed me where the leak was and how he fixed it. Its been working great for over a week. Thanks Fire & Ice for restoring my faith in service people.

I purchased a Big Deal with them and set up an appointment. They did not show up for the appointment, and when I called them to ask about it, they said that they did not have my phone number so they were unable to call me to let me know that they weren't coming. They said that they were cancelling because of the weather. They did have my email, which they never used to contact me.

It went well!! They came out the day I called! The problem was my heat was trying to turn on when I turned my ac on. My thermostats was hooked up incorrectly. Terry fixed the issues in under an hour! I was so happy to have ac and it to get it the same day I called for an appointment, I will def use the again if I have issues.

I had done my due diligence and got several quotes and their pricing was the best and their salesman spent the most time with me answering my questions. Their team was efficient and clean and got the job completed on time.

Our A/C unit had been freezing up most likely due to build on the filter and after a duct cleaning there was build up of dog hair and debris on the coils. We called Fire & Ice in the morning and initially set up a time for them to come out on June 4th. Brad Chapman was in the neighborhood and was able to fit us in the same day we called (my pregnant wife was overjoyed). Brad was extremely professional and did a thorough cleaning of our system, found the problems and fixed them all while explaining them to my wife. I really appreciated their professionalism and their attention to details when explaining the problem to us. I would definitely use and recommend their service again.

They have been very good. They were prompt, on time. The first time i used them she was very good at educating what she was doing and why she was doing it and she worked on the furnance. The second time they came, a different technician came. He was good, he did his job very well. They are very professional, they cleaned up after. She was very informative. They are very skilled technicians. I purchased a big deal for the first time.

I was able to cancel and get a refund. Dawn was very polite and helpful.

Company did not service my area. They were very polite.

You might think that one furnace check-up is like any other, but we discovered this is not the case. The check-up service provided by another company (also highly rated on Angie's List) that installed our Trane unit was perfunctory at best. The Fire and Ice technician (Terry) provided a thorough cleaning and corrected the adjustment on the two stage unit. Last week, a friend asked if we had a recommendation for a reliable HVAC service provider; we were happy that we could refer her to Fire and Ice. We will rely on this company for our HVAC needs in the future.

Good. Install went smoothly and when we thought it wasnt working properly they sent a tech out to check at no cost.

I bought a 18 year old house and wanted to have the furnace and air conditioner checked and cleaned. Brian arrived on time after callling to say he was within 10 minutes of my home. As he checked the furnace, he pointed out the various parts and told me where to get a new filter. He checked the humidifier, turned it off, and told me at what level he liked to keep it in the winter. He checked the AC and told me he thought it was in good shape. Brian was thorough, and patient in answering my questions. I would recommend him without hesitation.

It went well with Gil's Electrical Service. They came and did the service I think the next day and everything was great. They came out the next day after I bought the deal.

THE INSTALLATION PROCEEDED WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS ABOUT 10 INCH'S OF SNOW ON THE GROUND. THE TEAM THAT INSTALLED THE SYSTEM WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARD. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT THE HUMIDIFIER WAS NOT WORKING. I DIDN'T REALIZE IT UNTIL IT BECAME VERY DRY I9N THE HOUSE. I CALLED FIRE AND ICE AND WITHIN A DAY OR SO WERE BACK AND GOT HUMIDIFIER WORKING AGAIN. WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY? MOST DEFINITELY.

The service worked out well. They changed out the filters for me. I had no complaints with the experience.
