I have always been happy with them. They always do a nice job.

My experience was positive. I asked them that I needed to replace the furnace and they actually told me that it was not needed. It was functioning perfectly fine. I thought it was remarkable that they didn’t take the opportunity to sell me something that I don’t really need. There was a charge. It’s an annual contract for $200 for two visits, which is comparable to other providers that I have had. They were polite and put on their booties. They did all the things that they look for. It’s hard for me to judge as far as the repair or the maintenance work. I’m assuming that they did everything they needed to do. I don’t have a problem with the furnace. The unit is not that old that they should be having a problem. They were fine. They were punctual. They called ahead and they did the right thing. When I got in touch with them, somebody answered the phone and they did what I needed them to do.

It was very good. I had a problem a couple of years ago and my previous company gave up. This company came numerous times and they didn't give up on the customer. They tried to do their best to help. Their quality is good and I have no complaints. I would absolutely use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was excellent. He was very clean and neat. He put covers on his shoes when he came in the house. He went right about his business and he was very polite. He answered my questions and gave me a written report.

Not too long after having the air conditioner replaced I had to have the condensing unit replaced. I shouldn’t have dealt with the brand new unit. I recently had a service call from another company to service the air conditioner and the furnace. He told maybe the reading on the condenser wire is lower than what he would have expected from a new unit. An hour ago I called Fire and Ice to have them send me some information about why they replaced that unit so soon after it was installed. They are supposed to email me that information and tell me. Right now, I am kind of sitting on the fence about Fire and Ice. The actual work that they did was fine. They did a good job of installing it. Not too long after they put the new unit, they had to replace it so I was concerned about it. Then when I had a service call today from my regular service company, the guy told that the new unit that they put in may still be faulty. So I called Fire and Ice today to ask why they replaced the condenser unit so soon after they initially installed it. They are supposed to be emailing me that information. I think they are a little more expensive than they should have been.

I had a very good experience. Fire and Ice has been great. They have been good. They seem to address the issue. I haven’t had a problem with them. I bought both my units from them so no negative experience so far. Their maintenance plan has gone up quite a bit. It’s gone up a fair amount. No problems with them ever so that’s why I am with them. They have been very personable. They send me cards and treat me like a person. It’s just very nice. No complaints.

I’ve had them a number of times for different reasons and they’ve always been excellent. They certainly know what they’re doing. They’re very knowledgeable. I feel they’re very honest. They give a lot of very helpful advice while they’re here making repairs or doing tune ups.

My experience was fine. They were pretty thorough. They were professional and courteous. We did have to re-schedule a couple of times since they were backed up and due to the weather.

It turned out fine. She was professional, was out to able to explain the things that she was doing and was was friendly. I didn't have any problems, she fixed the problem and took care of it.

They did a good job. They were a lot cheaper than other people we talked to by significantly less. We used them through Lowe's. We bought our air conditioner through Lowe's and they hooked us up with them. We will be using them again.

I would say that I find working with them to be a good experience. I would recommend them. They came when they said they would come.

Overall, I was satisfied and I thought that they did a good job. They did them at different times because, it was too cold to check the air conditioner.

I was having problems with my air conditioner. It was a big deal and it was the wrong thing. I thought that it was for a tune-up and I needed a repair. They did apply it towards the service call. They put coolant in it. I thought that they were expensive and I will not use them again because of that. They were professional. It is fine.

They are great and we ended up signing a contract with them. They are competent and dependable. I think that the price is fair and I would recommend.

We really like Fire & Ice Heating and Air Conditioning. They did a great job. We used them last year and then years before but we've always had a good experience with them. It's always been good. They're good to work with, we haven't had any problems with it. They were real respectful and cleaned up their messes. We've been using them for about seven years. There's nothing bad. They've done great work. The price seemed alright.

The guy gave me a good diagnosis on the outside A/C unit. He said it was going to last either 30 minutes or 30 days or 3 more years--and it was 30 minutes. He was very prompt, professional, and their price was good. They were responsive; I called them and they were out the next day. He was also punctual.

Everything turned out well. The techncian showed on time, did the work as promised, and acted professionally when dealing with me.

We had them here one time and they were very good. The service guy was really nice and the service was good. I would use him again. Their pricing was good.

It was all right. It wasn't anything extraordinary, but they did good work. They are friendly.

We purchased two Big Deals (one for AC tune-up and one for furnace tune-up). Fire and Ice was prompt in scheduling and accommodated me by moving up my tune-up date because we had some concerns with our AC. Brad was very professional and gave us some good insight on both the AC and furnace as we had just moved into the house. We've used this provider before and will continue to work with them.
