It went great. They showed up on time and they gave a lot of good information. I thought they did a very good job.

The service was very good. They were great to work with. We had to wait and schedule as we had been out of town. They were very flexible with the scheduling.

Went well. The guy did not try to sell me things I don't need. He told me I can wait for several months, I can also replace the ignition part right away. He left the old one behind after he put in the new one. All in all, good experience.

I had good experience with them. I bought a package deal from them last year. They are very reliable, and they will come when they say they are going to come. I had to call them a couple of times for the tenants. They come when they say they are coming, and they are very professional.

I had them again for an estimate but they were not equipped. I had them do an estimate on a HPAC. I was not impressed by them. I had six different bids.

They are really quick to respond, and they try to work around our schedule. Their service is fine. They are courteous, clean, and they are very careful about walking around the house, because the furnace is up in the attic, and they are very conscientious about that. It has been fine. We did some checking, and their prices were comparable.

They were fine. It was a good experience. We'll probably use them again in the future. Our condenser outside was kind of sinking into the ground. They came and disconnected and helped level and put the thing on a steady concrete platform. The connections and all those things were sort of coming apart because the ground was sinking there. I remember their efforts to get that done. They kind of reached out to other partners to help with some of the other pieces that they don't necessarily do directly. It was very helpful. Part of what needed to happen wasn't just supplied by their company. So they reached out to their partners or network to have someone else come in and do some of the other services that were required. They were taking ownership of the whole situation, kind of connecting us with other people that would help.

They were always on premium things.

They are outstanding. I have used them 3 times and I started using them in 2009. They are responsive and proactive but, not pushy. They are knowledgeable and do not up sell.

We have had a good experience with them. The motor had blown, and I called them, and they came that day to look at it, and as the man was sitting there and talking to us, the whole thing went out. We ordered one that night. They gave us a space heater to use, so that we could heat up the key areas, and that was nice. They have been back twice to check the system, and through that purchase, we have to schedule them to service the air conditioner. I have used them many times.

We like them a lot especially the sales person. He came over and he was very knowledgeable. He lined up a whole bunch of options for us, why we would want to pay what we want to get and why we want to get certain different types. We were very pleased with them.

He never followed up on a question I had regarding a thermostat which is why I rated him B.

I've had good experience with them and I still use them. I've used them for probably about three years.

They were efficient and took care of things quickly. Everything turned out very well.

Fire & Ice was easy to schedule with. It was 90 degrees outside when our central air went out. I knew all providers would be busy. They were able to get a tech to me within 48 hours which I thought was acceptable under the circumstance. The tech arrived on time and quickly determined the starting capacitor was defective. Tech had a generic capacitor in his truck. Said it was $145 which I knew was high but I was not in a position to argue. I did authorize the install. Unit was running within minutes. Found part online later for $10. I would not use again due to predatory pricing.

They did identify an issue with our furnace that required us to replace our furnace. After identifying the issue they sent their salesperson out to discuss options. We ultimately chose a different vendor to replace our furnace (based on price) but Fire and Ice was always very professional.

I have not had a problem since service.

Terry was prompt and called in advance. He was not at all put off by my dogs although I did crate most of them so that he could do his work. Once here, he checked the furnace filter and did a complete inspection of the air conditioning unit and thoroughly cleaned the unit as well. (This last bit is the part that others have not done and even refused to do even when the cleaning was promised on their coupon so I was extremely pleased that Terry did it.) I was pleased that my unit did not need Freon as it has in the past. That makes 2 very thorough and honest services that I've had from Fire and Ice over the past few years and I will definitely use them again.
