The company called promptly after purchasing the tune-up through Angie's List. As it was not an urgent repair, I was okay with it being scheduled for a date a couple weeks later. The technician arrived on-time and completed the work quickly. There were no repairs required and the system checked out fine. He offered some helpful advice on the thermostat fan setting which should allow the system to cool the upstairs more effectively.

I've been using Fire and Ice for a couple years now. I have them come out in the fall to clean and inspect my furnace before the "polar vortex" season starts. I figure better safe than sorry and with my furnace now being over a decade old I want to be sure there are no carbon monoxide issues every year, I can't stress enough how important this is (life and death). I've had the same technician, Terry, the last couple years and he is always friendly, clean, knowledgeable, punctual, and thorough, don't know what more you could ask for. Great company that will continue to receive my business.

The technician was timely for my appointment, even called to see if it was okay to arrive early! He performed the yearly maintenance on my central air, he was informed me of what he did and was on his way. I have always had spectacular service from Fire and Ice and will continue to use them for my heating and central air needs.

It went very well. The service tech was exceptionally friendly and professional. Was very informative and gave great detail on condition of our unit. Also after she left, something was not working properly and the company dispatched her back within a few hours to fix a minor problem. She did not try to "upsell" any services, which I greatly appreciated.

Job went well. Workers were knowledgeable, efficient, clean and polite. We also have a maintenance contract with them and they have been prompt in doing the check-ups. We have not had any problems with the new unit. Fire and Ice is also very good at scheduling appointments that fit your schedule, without long windows of time waiting for technicians to arrive, and with phone notifications within 30 minutes of technician's arrival.

I paid for an agreement that said all house calls were no charge. A repairman came out, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote of $300 for 5 lbs of freon. I called around and this seemed to be an average price so I called back to Fire and Ice, made the appointment for service which was performed.

I have used Fire and Ice in the past and they always do a great job. I have had air conditioning checks and furnace checks and they are always on time and thorough. I will definitely use them again.

Fire and Ice offers a service contract for annual maintenance on the furnace and air conditioner. They service both units at the appropriate time of the year and offer priority scheduling for any emergency calls thereafter. Emergency calls are at a discounted price as are any needed repair parts. This agreement has worked well in the last two years. The folks have been response to our needs and their techs seem knowledgeable. Our first exposure to Fire and Ice was via an Angie's List discount. I would recommend this company.

I picked them from Angie's Kist & they were great. A lady came to the house for the inspection & was friendly & also changed the furnace filter for me.

Fire & Ice was very pleasant to deal with. From the person that set up the appointment to the Tech which performed the service call. They were very polite, attentive and helped answer any questions as well as give recommendations as to any future work that may be necessary. I was very pleased with their service.

Service Technician called before scheduled time and was in the neighborhood and came early,which worked great because I had an appointment I was worried about making.

They came on time and did whatever the big deal said they would do. So far no problems although the very hot weather has not come yet.

The next thing I the guy was only here 15 minutes....did not change the filter and the filter was filthy, we changed it after he left. I don't know what kind of service he could have performed in 15 minutes. Said they take credit cards so my husband gave him our debit card...if I had known he didn't swipe the card I would never have given him the card. He wrote the number down on a piece of paper...after a weekend and 2 buisness days I called because the charge had not gone through...was told they were "behind" in accounting...I called again a week later, the number still had not been processed, so I told the girl I was calling the bank to cancel that card and I would send her a check. The next thing I know she is calling back that they tried to process the card number and it was declined.HELLO????? What did I tell her?? I sent them a check for their $219.00, and I will wait to see what kind of service we receive in the fall. But right now I am not a happy camper.

Scheduler was very friendly, appointment set for 36 hours later. Technician arrived exactly on time, very thorough, and willing to try a less expensive fix first. Very satisfied and will use them again
