We had used Fire and Ice on a previous occasion and were satisfied with their service. The tune up was arranged and advised to be around 45 mins to one hour. The servicemen were friendly and professional. The tune up was completed within the estimated timeframe. Overall satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again.

We bought our furnace from Fire and Ice last year when the manifold for our very old and cheap furnace (purchased by the last home-owner) shattered. Even though the unit was brand-new, OJ did not take anything for granted. He checked every moving part and cleaned out every piece of dust. He was professional throughout and took the time to explain not only the results of the tests but also the implications of those results. I am secure knowing my furnace will function correctly and safely throughout the winter. Thank you OJ.

Purchased furnace tune up through Angie's List. Scheduling was prompt and done at a convenient time. Technician OJ Jackson was on-time, professional and helpful with a particular question/issue we had with the furnace/thermostat.

OJ Jackson the field technician did an excellent job. He was very detailed and provided much information on what he was checking and what to monitor. The work was high quality and profession. I will be calling this service provider for future heating and cooling needs. Keep up the excellent work.

OJ was extremely professional, yet very friendly. He was also very patient in answering all my questions. His inspection/tune-up was extremely thorough. In addition, he checked my vents and gas stove for any sign of carbon monoxide. I was very impressed with this gentleman.

I am a repeat Fire & Ice customer - they get my business every year to renew my contract for an annual service contract. In August I received my reminder post card and renewal contract in the mail. I promptly scheduled for October thinking that would be the earliest I'd need to use the heat. Appointment scheduling was very easy and to a date/time that accommodated my schedule. The morning of 10/3 OJ called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and was very cordial and did wonderful with my helpful golden retriever. He located the thermostat and made his way to the basement to check the furnace. He was thorough in his review up and down a couple of times to adjust the thermostat and also to do a carbon monoxide check. He worked while I worked in my office. When we was done, he walked me through my paperwork and the readings. He recommended a new furnace filter (my unit is a special order filter) and a surge protector. I estimate he was at my house for about 30 minutes or so. Very easy and I was able to get on with my day.

Did fine - we have an older system, but it just needed the regular check-up to get ready for winter.

OJ CHECKED MANY FUNCTIONS OF OUR FURNACE AND ALSO CLEANED THE BURNERS AND CHECKED TO SEE IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH CO LEAKING INTO THE HOUSE. HE ALSO CHECKED AND PUT A NEW FILTER INTO THE HUMIDIFIER. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY HOW THROUGH HE WAS.

He checked and changed the filter in my humidifier. He did a very nice job. I would use him again in the future.

He did a good job cleaning the furnace and testing it's efficiency. He notified me of possible CO2 issues and warned me to install detectors in the house. Also offered a good deal on a new furnace which I'm contemplating.

That service turned out very well and I was satisfied. One technician came out and it took him about 20 minutes. He was a young kid, he was nice and confident. He didn’t try to sell me anything either. I have used them a few times since.

We can always depend on Fire and Ice to provide an honest, affordable inspection and recommendation for our HVAC system. After a thorough inspection they told us our unit was still in good shape. I appreciate that they didn't try to sell us any additional services that we didn't need.

That service turned out great. I used them for the AC check up. Just one technician came out. He was friendly, he was honest and he was on time. He also gave me his honest option. He came out to just do a check up and made sure everything was working. Everything was in good order, so he did not have to do any tune up.

Terry the service tech explain it was an piece blocking the air/heat flow he corrected it and elements should be working better for this upcoming winter.

O.J. was a few minutes early for the service call. The furnace was given a tune up and it was checked for carbon monoxide leakage. There was none. My furnace did not have a surge protector. Don suggested that a surge protector would protect the furnace from power surges. We do get those powere surges occasionally so I bought the surge protector. Don installed it. He changed the filter. Then I paid for a service contract renewal for another year. Everything seems to work properly.

The technician arrived on time and was friendly as well as courteous. Unfortunately, he diagnosed that my unit needed to be completely replaced and that he wouldn't be able to do the work. Fire and Ice then provided an estimate for replacing the unit, but I ended up using a company with a more competitive bid.

I t was excellent, plus I learned a lot about the furnace.

Provider showed up right at the scheduled time and put on shoe covers so he wouldn't track mud into the house. He was very polite and professional. He performed a thorough inspection of the furnace and went over the report he had prepared based on his inspection.

I was happy with the service. The scheduler listened carefully to my problem to decide on the correct technician to send out. The technician arrived on time and I felt he was thorough in his inspection and cleaning.

I purchased an Angies List deal for a furnace tuneup. Everything went as expected. Len arrived on time and was professional. I have used Fire & Ice before and will continue to use them.

OJ was the inspector and he did a very good job. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. He took his time to make sure it was working correctly. The only area I would say that he could improve would be his punctuality. I was the first appointment at 8:00am but he didn't get there until 8:20. Not a huge deal but I had to get to work.

The service went fine. I had them inspect the AC. Immediately after they inspected the unit it broke down. I used a different company to replace the unit. The technician told me the unit was fine. One technician came out and completed the job in about 20 minutes.

It was really good. I was very happy. Excellent!
