Len was very nice. He was very professional. He called before he came. He showed up on time. He answered all of my questions.

I had to reschedule several times, but they were very understanding. The service technician called in advance of his arrival. He was very professional and did a good job. Wanted to sell my wife on a new air filter system (we said no)...but that's more a fault of the industry in general than for this service provider in particular.

Annual service was easily scheduled and performed for the special Angie's coupon rate of $49. During the routine inspection, discovered a broken adapter in the furnace that had to be replaced. Called 2 days later with an estimate for the part, and scheduled installation of same for 4 days after that. Returned and installed the replacement part as scheduled. All work to this point seemed very professional and high quality. However, a few days later when it first got cold enough to notice, the furnace was producing no heat. I called them at 10:30 p.m. and they sent a technician who arrived about 30 minutes later. He found that a vacuum hose had been knocked loose during the prior repair and fixed it. There was no charge for this repair. Although the service performed seemed high quality and very professional, I'm grading the quality and overall experience B instead of A because of the vacuum hose problem that left the furnace inoperable for a time.

The technician was on time and courteous. He serviced the furnace and found no issues. Unfortunately, just as he was working on the furnace, our thermostat broke, unrelated to his work. There was a battery that we didn't even know about that had likely corroded the wiring. He tried to fix it and was unable. I was concerned about the cost of a new thermostat. He offered that some people replace them on their own, and talked me through how to do it. I so appreciate his help and his willingness to save me some money. I was able to replace it the next week on my own successfully.

My furnace was not working, called the company on a Saturday and got the answering service, decided I could wait until Monday, when I called the company back. I went with another company, only because they could come sooner. But in the meantime, Dawn from Fire & Ice called me back, in response to my after hours call. My impression of the company was one of professionalism and follow up, and I would consider calling them again in future.

I called them last Thursday and was scheduled for this Monday. I was given a 4 hour time slot so I didn't have to waste the entire day waiting on their call. They call when they are on their way. OJ arrived promptly, was very professional and thorough. He advised me of savings and advantages if I purchased a package that includes Fall furnace and Spring heat pump/AC tuneup. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. I have used Fire & Ice Since 2010 when they installed my dual system heat pump/gas furnace system. They have been a pleasure to work with. They have always been prompt and attentive to detail. I would recommend them highly.

The furnace tune up service was advanced purchased through Angie's List on 10/15/2014. I provided three dates of potential service. On 10/16/2014 the company indicated someone would soon contact me. Not hearing anything, I reached out to the company on 10/21/2014 to again request them to contact me to schedule the pre-paid service, and I still have not heard from them as of 10/22/2014.

I responded to Angie's List $49.00 Seasonal Furnace Tune-up Deal with Fire & Ice Heating and Air Conditioning. An appointment was quickly scheduled, the tech responded on time and performed the advertised steps of the furnace tune-up. Definitely worth the money!

Arrived on time, was very courteous, and professional. I have an irregular shaped filter in my furnace and the tech helped me find the one I need online and called the office for information for me. I will sign a service contract with Fire and Ice to service my heating/cooling needs.

OJ the technician was very nice and answered all my questions.. The price I paid was for maintenance for the year on the air conditioning and furnace. I am very pleased with their service.

Tech O.J. Jackson did a great job making furnace worked correctly.

They were punctual on installation date. They removed all the old furnace/ac parts. Installed new furnace/ac and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. They also did a follow up visit. All team members were courteous and answered all questions. Our salesman, Roger, was very professional, not pushy and explained everything. Andy's team did a great job with installation process. We would and have recommended them to family and friends.

My AC is as old as the home so I occasionally have problems with it and have had multiple companies fix it. These guys fixed it last and it runs really good now and I haven't had any problems since. I would use them again to replace it when the time comes. Thanks guys

Went great! Brad came by originally to tune up my furnace and took the time to explain parts of my furnace, how efficient is was, how old it was, condition, etc... He was very knowledgeable. I asked about a humidifier and he gave me all info about it and was not pushy or trying to get me to "buy it now". Ultimately, I ended up purchasing the humidifier and will use them going forward. The reason I went with them is that they were willing to come out and provide a tune up the next day after another company told me they couldn't come out until late October.

My furnace was having problems so I decided to have it replaced instead of ongoing costly repairs. They did a really good job with the installation and explaining the process

The technician that came out was OJ. He called ahead and was on time. He did a great job cleaning, testing and tuning up our furnace. He explained everything he was doing and why, gave us good tips for keeping our furnace in good safe working order, and answered all our questions. He did all this in a timely manner so we could get to work on time. We will definitely use Fire & Ice again and request OJ :)
