they service was great. the staff were also good . they were very polite very clean very profesonoal. they left the area clean. their background check came back positive.

The staff is professional. It took him about an hour and half to do. They were on time. I would recommend them to a friend.

I was happy with the servicemen. They were running to the end of time frame they were to be there, but they were nice enough to call earlier when they knew they were going to belater. So I could run errands. I was also very happy that they talked to me and let me watch what they were doing. I will use this company in the future.

Everything went wonderfully. When we realized our furnace needed replaced, we called three area market leaders to provide estimates. Two of the companies - Fire and Ice being one - provided detailed explanations on their proposed solutions, products, warranties and incentives. During this process, we also decided to replace our air conditioning unit because of the age of the unit. We chose Fire and Ice based on the competitive price and professionalism of the representative, but also because they would file rebate paperwork for energy rebates for us, while another company insisted that we had to file the rebates. The installation went extremely smoothly. The crew was polite and professional. They were efficient and conscientious, leaving our home in good condition. Also, an air duct cleaning was included with the installation. Although an HVAC installation is not something that one does on a regular basis, we will definitely use Fire & Ice again for seasonal cleaning/maintenance.

Our 30 year old furnace finally died and we wanted to update to an energy efficient model. Our AC was the same age, so we just went ahead and replaced it as well. Everyone at Fire and Ice was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and honest. It was overall a great experience!

What I like about them is that when I buy Big Deal's for them, they call me right away and get it scheduled. I thought they did a thorough job. The person that was here seemed very knowledgable and gave me a detailed summary of what they are going to do. I have used them about 4 or 5 times.

The estimator, Roger, was very knowledgeable and was able to explain all our options and what would work best for us. When we wanted to go with the top-of-the-line system, he actually tried to talk us down to a cheaper option, that would still be very energy efficient. We went with the most expensive options anyway, due to plans to stay in the home for many more years. The price was competitive based on the models we choose. We also had a Clean Effects system for air purification installed. The installers did an excellent job. They were able to get everything done in one day, even though it took about 12 hours. Whenever I had a question, they were willing to answer and explain what they were doing. They asked me where I wanted to place certain things during the install, which I appreciated. We also requested them to save the motor from the old heat pump and the filter box from the old furnace. They were able to do that, which made us very happy! We have had only great experiences with Fire & Ice.

Called for the $49 special for maintenance as our furnace has had some trouble kicking on each year. Ironically 1-2 days before the service date, the furnace had this same trouble so I let them know about before they arrived. They ere very professional and looked at the issue while they were doing the rest of the tune-up. After diagnosis, there appeared to be a part which the technician stated was prone to failure on my model furnace. The technician explained how and why the part failed and that the gas valve was available at a local HVAC supply store for about $500. We were planning to have family over for thanksgiving the next day, and he offered to get the part and replace it. He returned promptly and completed the work in just a couple hours. Given that a part had died, I was overall happy with the outcome and would recommend them again.

They were great. Maggie, the salesperson, was terrific. She came to check to make sure everything was right. She was very thorough. They keep coming to make everything correct. It was hard to get the furnace into a small space. They were very patient and kept working at it. It was freezing cold when they were installing the furnace.

The pair of technicians was friendly, professional, and very thorough. They gave me a few good suggestions about ways to improve the performance through better insulation. They were very neat and clean in their work, too.

He was very informative on ways to make the home more efficient, also noticed a nice reduction in cooling costs throughout the summer since the tune up.

OJ was the technician who came to our home. He was prompt and professional. He arrived within the timeframe given and called to let me know he would be there in the next 20 minutes. We are on a maintenance plan with Fire and Ice. OJ cleaned the filters and replaced the water pad after showing me the part. He was super thorough and asked if we cleaned the filters regularly. I said I didn't. I have been shown how to do this in the past and had forgotten. He took the time to show me how to open the panels and what to clean to keep our hvac running smoothly. He was patient and friendly. i would definitely recommend him as a technician. We have always been pleased with Fire and Ice and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company with service oriented technicians.

I highly recommend Fire and Ice. They are the most professional heating and air conditioning service I have ever used. They are so helpful in reminding you of your maintenance schedule and their service is on-time and professional. This visit, OJ Jackson was the Maintenance Technician and he was thorough with the maintenance check-up and very efficient with his time. He explained thoroughly what he did and what he found. Company was prompt in scheduling. Appointment was completed later than original time frame quoted on the same day, but the company was in contact to let me know. No big deal, things happen. Technician called when he was on his way. He did a great job. Very friendly and professional. I will use this company in the future.

They were wonderful. They actually installed our AC and furnace system. I have used them in the past to come in and do tune-ups for both seasons, both winter and summer. They are always very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I never had any issues with them at all. The work they did turned out fine. My interaction with them was good. I did not spend more than the Deal. They came out not long after I purchased the Big Deal. They came out within a week or two but not longer than two weeks.

OJ Jackson arrived on time and proceeded to check the furnace for proper functioning. He checked the fire igniter, carbon monoxide level and for proper heating temp. He explained what he was doing and changed the filter and made an adjustment to allow me to exchange the filter in the future very easily.. I have used Fire and Ice probably about 6 times int the past and found them very reliable and their prices were good.

The technician arrived in his designated time window, and was professional & polite. The check-up went fine and our furnace is good to go for another season! One thing that was really nice, was that he showed us how to adjust the dampers on the different legs of our vents that go to different floors/rooms to get more even airflow. Before adjusting them, the airflow to our first floor was very strong, but to the bedrooms on the second floor was pretty weak. After adjusting them, we've noticed a more reasonable airflow on the first floor (it was blowing almost too strongly before), and better airflow on the second floor!
