This was the first time I used Fire & Ice heating to perform maintenance on my heating system. I purchased the service via Angie's special offers and, approximately 2 hours later, received a call to schedule my appointment the next business day. O.J. called prior to our scheduled appointment and confirmed his arrival time. He arrived when indicated and conducted a thorough evaluation of the key components of my furnace. I appreciated his professionalism and his willingness to explain each process that he conducted. I, also, appreciated that his evaluation of my furnace was clearly written, which hasn't always been the case with documentation provided for services I've purchased from other companies. I received an excellent price for the work by using Angie's special offers. I was pleased with every aspect of the service and I would use Fire and Ice again and recommend them to others.

Technician was great and easy to work with. The company was given a 4 hour window and was nearly 2 hours late. Really annoying when you take off work and didn't need to. I would use them again because I think the technician was great and had lots of insight. The technician did apologize for how late it was and I understand it wasn't his fault.

Proposal was thorough. Installation was very well done. They were neat, professional, and cleaned up well.

I went on Angies List and requested a special on furnace maintenance from Fire and Ice. I was called back within 2 hours to schedule my service call. They had openings within two days of my call. Once scheduled, they called twenty minutes before their arrival. Brad and Shane(trainee) showed up and the first thing they did was introduce themselves and put booties on their boots...always appreciated. They were very thorough in their work and explained everything that they were going to do. They graciously explained why they were doing certain things. They noticed several small items that needed repaired/adjusted that were not part of the maintenance call but they took care of them at no charge to me. I have already recommended them to my neighbor and will continue totry and send business their way. It is very hard to find service providers that are trustworthy and affordable.

The service went very well. They were professional, clean and took good care of the house. They were also efficient and used their time wisely.

all went well the tech provided some very helpful info and made us aware we will need to replace our furnace soon. This is not a surprise to us when we purchased our house we knew this was something we would have to do soon. Very punctual

Unfortunately, they only recommended that I replace the furnace rather than do a cleaning or tune up, and I ended up working on the unit, as well as fixing it, myself.

Excellent. Terry explained in detail the status of the furnace/heat pump and everything he did for the tune-up and additional service.

The service went fine. I had them work on the furnace. One technician came out and completed the inspection in about 15 minutes. He was no nonsense and was not trying to oversell me. They found something for me to have repaired but estimate was way too high. I ended up using another company for the repair. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

It was adequate and they did what they said they would do. They came and did a good job. They were clean. They did a thorough check up. I didn’t have any complaints. I was satisfied with what they did. It’s worth the money. They called the same day. They were here when they said.

OJ was on time, called before he arrived when he got there he went right to work and also explained what he was doing why and how the furnance worked. Good Job.

Fire and Ice was prompt in scheduling service after deal was purchased. Service Technician, OJ called ahead to confirm time and was punctual. Technician was professional and wore protective shoe coverings in the house. He made sure I understood the process and asked if I had any questions. Technician was knowledgeable about his trade and was able to overcome challenges due to furnace design when servicing the flame sensor and burners. Due to the outstanding service, I recommend OJ get a raise. Overall the service was excellent and would refer Fire and Ice to anyone.

The service was wonderful. There were no extra charges to the $49 Big Deal purchase price. They came out less than a week after I purchased the Big Deal. They are extremely knowledgeable of the furnace and the service that they are providing.

It was okay. I know for fact that it paid more than $59. The finale cost to the service was $100. It went well. The guy kind of big explained what was going on I remembered that.

Called in a day and arrived on time. Provided professional and excellent service. Will use again.

I have been using them before purchasing this deal. I think he does a good job with the service and I have no questions about that. I just don’t like the up-selling at the end of the service.

Everything went great! Service tech arrived on time and did a thorough job checking over everything. I will definitely use them again in the future.

99% was good. Looked over unit and het pump. Only two small issues. Did not look over older humidifier very well and did not pay enough attention to comments on the wall control unit.

It went fine. He said that everything looked fine and he didn't try to sell me anything, which, in my experience, is unusual. Interestingly, he brought a young lady with him and explained that she was a new office hire and that the company has a policy of making sure that their office staff knows what the field people are doing. Impressive. I have already recommended them to someone and will definitely use them again.

It went well. Even though I didn't go with this company, because of finding another deal over $700 less, I did want to give them a review on their thoroughness and professionalism in helping me decide what I needed in a furnace and humidifier. When I informed them I was going with another company, they sent me questions I should ask the company I hired to make sure everything was copacetic. Who does that? A company that looks forward to referrals and good reviews.

A technician arrived on time and inspected our current equipment. We had an inspection when we purchased our home about a year ago so we knew that it was beginning to fail at that time. He recommended replacement, a sales representative arrived later the same day to give us options and answer questions. A few days later we scheduled the replacement and it was all done in under a week. Every employee we encountered was professional and courteous, they cleaned up after themselves when coming and going from the front door to the basement. Days after installation the representative came back out to ensure all was working properly and answer any additional questions we had at the time. We definitely recommend Fire and Ice to anyone needing maintenance, repair, or replacement.
