Serviceman came to my home, on time and conducted the inspection and serviced the furnace. He was courteous and professional. I would definitely call again if I had need.

Although he arrived later than scheduled, he did call before the scheduled time to see if coming at a later time was Ok with me, which it was. After arrival he went promptly to work (including using shoe booties the entire time he was in my home). He changed the filter and did the checks inside then went outside to finish the check-up. He was professional, courteous and explained things very well.

Service purchased as an Angie's List tune-up special, all went well. Mr. Jackson, the maintenance technician, arrived per scheduled time (he even called in advance to let us know he was on the way), was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Inspection included checks of the unit's thermostat, compressor, coil, fan and motor. The technician checked the drains, cleaned the unit and, upon examination, found that the filter needed replacement. We were very pleased with the service.

Tech arrived on time as scheduled with an advance call while in route to my home. Very professional. Explained in detail what was included with the Air Conditioner tune-up. Answered all my questions and provided a detailed report of his findings. Left packet with maintenance offers for both the furnace and air conditioner. I'd definitely use them again.

Company came out on time and communication was professional. The driver did need to use my hose to clean the unit and the job seemed rushed but I wasn't too concerned. I told the technician that I had called for this service because ice was forming on the outside of the line heading into the house. He claimed the unit was dirty and this was causing the problems. However, two weeks later it was still happening and so I had a different company come out. The technician tested the unit and explained to me the problem was actually that I was very low on coolant. After filling it up the unit works fine. I would have anticipated this being a routine part of any air conditioning tune up service.

We originally called Fire and Ice to get a quote for a new furnace. Roger was extremely helpful in explaining the details about what we could get and recommended only furnaces that made sense for our home. After comparing quotes, Fire and Ice was significantly lower than the competitors, yet provided the best customer service and response time my wife and I could image. Before we could schedule an install, our AC unit went out, so we decided to replace our entire system and water heater. During the days between our unit going out and our install Roger even brought over some window AC units to keep us cool. I was so pleased with the service! The day of the install went great. My wife and I were not there, and my father had to come and be at the house, but the crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They updated me if any issues arose while I was at work and also completed all the installation in a quick and thorough fashion. Everything was cleaned up and left like they weren't even there! I am glad I chose Fire and Ice. I will be using them for all our heating and cooling needs in the future. Thanks!

I have a contract with Fire and Ice Heating and AC to check my AC and furnace each year. Corey checked my air-conditioner. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me how to flush the drain to keep it clean and recommended that we spray the AC when debris collects on the outside. He informed me that the AC may need a charge in the future. It was less than a pound so he felt we could wait until next year. Now, that's honesty--they charge by the pound and he could have put in a half pound and charged us for the full pound but he didn't. That's why we keep going back to Fire and Ice.

Everything went well. Provider showed up on time, was professional and did a thorough job. He made some adjustments and confirmed that overall our system is working well. He did not push any unwanted services or sales pitch, despite the obvious incentive to find problems for him to fix. We were left feeling that we were treated fairly and with honesty. Now that the weather has warmed up I can confirm that our AC is working well, and much better than last year.

Wow! That's how great you'll feel when partnering with the team at F&I. Sales: Arne helped me with the furnace purchase in 2011. When my 23 yr old Central AC died this year 2015 just ahead of summer, I called F&I. The Trane products are highly rated by Consumer Reports. Arne helped me find financing that suited my needs. Nick and Ryan installed my unit. It was a pleasure having such great efficient, personable and professional representatives in my home. Every meeting with them makes me feel good about my choice to buy from F&I. Their prices skew a bit higher than some others, but their service and quality make it worth the expense.

We set an appointment date and arrival time frame between 9 -12 am. Because of a cancellation, they called a little earlier to see if I was available, which worked out even better for me. The tech was friendly and thoughtful to use shoe booties when walking through my house. He went right to work and checked out the basement furnace connections and the outdoor a/c unit, even cleaning out the debris with a hose he had on his truck. He pointed out my filter was 4", but a 5" filter would help the furnace work more efficiently... also that my drain went directly into the dirt under the concrete which was not up to the new code, but since it seemed to be working just fine nothing needed to be done. He also suggested a surge protector for the furnace and gave me a quote if I wanted to do it that day, which I declined knowing I might incorporate a whole house surge protector when I upgrade my electric panel in the future. I have used Fire & Ice for my a/c check and furnace check last year at my current home, as well as many times at my former house. The techs seem knowledgable and I have been happy with everything they've done. I especially appreciate being able to save quite a bit by purchasing their Angies Deal.

OJ did a very complete and thorough AC tune up and pointed out a connector switch that may give me some trouble in the future. I have a 10 yr warranty on the trane heat pump (installed last year), he said if you have a problem call right away and they will be out and replace the switch.

It turned out okay and they found some problem. The one thing I don't like is that they always find something wrong and they charge quite a bit. I think it was fine and the furnace works fine.

Great experience - had an early time slot so I could get it done before going to work. Arrived on time and was done quickly. Good price, as well.

OJ was the tech. He was very polite, very knowledgeable and very patient as he talked about my 20-year-old furnace. After I said I was interested in talking to someone about a new furnace, he had someone at the house the same day. The salesperson was very nice. After taking some time to inspect my house, she walked me through my options. I was ready to purchase, and still plan to, but I decided to hold off for now. And they were super cool about that, too. GREAT company.
