Description of Work: The Fire and Ice individual did the winter inspection on the furnace and changed the filter. He was on time,very neat,polite and explained everything. This company installed my furnace and air conditioner when i replaced the old one.They did a wonderful job. we are extremely pleased with this company. I didn't realize my extended service contract had run out until i saw the coupon on Angies List. This was a wonderful bargain. We have them out spring and fall for the inspections -unless we forget.

Description of Work: They came out and checked my furnace for problems such as cracks, leaks and heat loss. Everything checked out fine except for some potential cracking down the road. The servicewoman could not state how long she thought the furnace would last but did go over some options for what I should do. No hard sell. I will probably get a second opinion before getting a new furnace just to be sure but that is not a reflection on this company it is something I would do before making a major purchase such as this.

Description of Work: Fire and Ice Heating and A/C performed a routine check of our furnace and heating system in preparation for the winter of 2012-13. Our experience was absolutely excellent. The lady who performed the servicing was punctual, extremely friendly, responsive, and professional. It was obvious she knows what she is doing! She took plenty of time with us, answering our questions, and explaining in LAYMAN'S TERMS the results of the servicing. She explained their heating and A/C servicing package but did not attempt pressuring us into purchasing it. We would rate this service provider an "A plus" if you had that rating option available. Both of our experiences with them have been superb, and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!

Description of Work: Checked furnace and I used $59 coupon. Found humidifier needed new panel. We thought it was nonfunctional for at least 10 years! No one else caught this during yearly check ups - impressive and only an additional $25 charge for brand spanking new panel! Impressive!

Description of Work: This is the THIRD time I have tried to review this company, apparently without success! I was extremely satisfied with their work and timely and neat manner in which the work was performed. I would definitely use this company again. The serviceman (Brian) was very thorough and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. However, at my request he did install a new thermometer which I thought was reasonably priced.
