Description of Work: Came to sort out air flow problem and possibly re charge air con unit. Once air flow problem diagnosed it was not worth doing the re charge and they did not pressure me into doing it -very honest. Would call these 1st for any future issues.

Description of Work: Kelly came to our house 3 days after we had a baby to fix our air conditioner. We were so caught up in the excitement of having a baby that we didn't realize that it just needed to door latched tighter to "kick on". She felt for us and was so reasonable, knowledgable and a pleasure to have in our home. It was the first time that I didn't feel like the technician was trying to make EXTRA money. Thanks Kelly!!!!!

Description of Work: The deal was for an overall check up, and it is a great feeling to have all of those "little things" checked out before the peak season of using the furnace and air conditioning. They were prompt, extremely professional and I would use the company again.

Since it was at least 10 years old, I was concerned about the efficiency and general condition. He took his time and seemed to be thorough in his service. He said it was OK for now. I was pleased with the call.
