Description of Work: I scheduled their furnace tune-up and subsequently had the work performed. All communication via phone, messaging and in-person; was professional and courteous. Their technician, Brad, answered questions and appeared to be thorough in his work. I'm not familiar with the work involved with a furnace tune-up, but it certainly seemed as if he checked things out thoroughly. He attempted to resolve a matter re a previous water heater installation, in which he didn't have to do. I don't think that issue is fully resolved. And he advised I contact the installer, which I did. The furnace tune-up was just completed today. And so far, so good. Based upon my experience, I would recommend Fire & Ice and definitely consider them for any future work.

Description of Work: I was in the market for a new AC and Furnace. The fire and ice sales guy came out seeing I was fixing dinner for my kids and still decided it was a good idea to go through the 45 minute sales speak, when everyone else was in and out in 20 minutes. Then he came in 1300 higher for the exact same system as another company. Charging additional for duct work and new fuse boxes. I will not be calling on them again!
