Description of Work: The technician was courteous and professional. My air conditioner was not working. The technician spent about 5 minutes and identified that the switch outside my furnace was switched off, and flipped it on. He asked me to pay another $45 repair fee in addition to the $89 diagnostic fee. After the argument with him that all he did was flip the switch on, he said that he will waive it off for me. I would have preferred him to not even try to extract $45 for something that a toddler can do with their pinky finger.

Description of Work: Checked my furnace to make sure I wouldn't have problems when the weather changes. O J was very thorough and professional. He told me filter is to be changed every month, not every three months. I was very pleased with his service.

Description of Work: I am generally pleased with Fire & Ice H/C. During a recent maintenance visit I was asked to purchase a preventative maintenance plan for the A/C and Heat. This covers each for one P/M visit. I am not against that however I was surprised to find out the blower motor(furnace)or coil(A/C) are not part of the plan and therefore would not be cleaned. They are both critical parts of their respective systems and for the price of the plan should be included without additional fees. |I do like F/I and feel they do a good job. I find however the plan to be overpriced and disappointing due to the above information. |Concerning preventative maintenance plans I would suggest searching Angie's List for other companies offering a complete cleaning of your A/C & Heating systems as part of the deal.

Description of Work: They were prompt, courteous. And did a good job. We have 2 half round windows that have a retractable blind that they did not wash. They did not ask about them and I did not say anything about them so I can't put the omission totally on them. Over all I am pleased with their work, my windows are still spotless and I will definitely use them again
