Description of Work: They came out and inspected the A/C. Needed to be replaced, old. They came out a week later and replaced A/C and Furnace. Very thorough, goodwork,on time, and good pricing. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Deal of the Day for an AC tune up. Previously, Fire and Ice had installed my new Trane Heating and AC system and they did a great job. They continued that great service with the tune up. The tech checked both the forced air unit inside as well as the compressor outside. He completed his multipoint inspection and everything is in working order. To add to this story, while the tech was here, my 16 year old daughter called and told me she had just been in a car accident. The accident was only a short distance from my home so, Obviously, I was going to drive to the location to make sure everyone was ok. I quickly told the tech who was already outside checking the compressor. He was very sympathetic. He said he had completed his work inside and so I could lock the house and he would still be able to finish his work. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace and air conditioner for our home. They were great to work with. They scheduled an install very quickly and the team showed up and completed the work in a single day. Everything was done well and I'm very satisfied with the result.

Description of Work: I had Fire and Ice install our entire heating and cooling system several years ago--did a a great job then--thought it was time for a tune up-check up--so OJ came out today, very professional and nice, explained things to look for and what he was doing.

Description of Work: cleaned logs and around fire place box but the Angie' list advertisment implied that gravel & underneath material would be replaced which when asked about was told that was not part of the deal.

Description of Work: I had the whole HVAC system replace. The price for the system was decent. They did a great job of handling all rebates for me. They showed up when they said they would. They took great care to put down drop cloths and did a great job to clean up after them selves. The one thing I wished they would have done is final presentation of the system there were a few wires not tucked away of put in wire looms that if they would have taken a little of extra time it would had been an amazing looking system.

Description of Work: Disclaimer: I have met the owner and talked with him quite a bit about how he runs his company. |However, that is also the reason Fire and Ice is the only HVAC company setting foot my house. He runs a right ship and I am confident if ever there was even the slightest question, he would resolve it to my satisfaction. |There are cheaper out there, but to me they hit the sweet spot of price and quality.

Description of Work: Terry came out for a tuneup - heater had not been working properly. He fixed the problem immediately then gave a tune up to my humidifier which I was not expecting. He was so helpful - gave me a lesson on how to operate humidifier as we had never even turned it on. Great guy, great service. Because of my experience with him, I called Fire and Ice back for more service!
