Description of Work: These guys, the consultant, the dispatcher, the installers and the inspector all did a great job. They are really customer focused and they answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with honesty and integrity. We now have a new furnace and air conditioning unit that is unbelievably powerful and efficient. If you need a new furnace/Air conditioning system these guys will do a great job for you!

Description of Work: Bought 49 deal online and our system was freezing up so they sent guy out and 1st guy could check system till it thawed out and 2nd guy checked system hand it was a easy fix was a clogged air filter. He did not charge any extra and recommend a changeable air filter and its working great

Description of Work: I purchased a new air conditioner unit which was installed, The price included additional warranty features etc. The unit is O.K., works fine, I was not however pleased with the two workmen, they did not put fencing area back in place around the air conditioner unit(outside) and this could have allowed my dogs to get around the unit and damage it. They also did not return other yard items to where they had been which again could have caused problems for us because of our dogs being able to access areas where I prevent them from being able to get to.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's deal $49 tune up. I forgot about it and called a few days before it expired. They were very nice and said no problem we will honor it and come out. I booked it for 5/29 I believe. No one came or called that day. I called and left a message the next week. No response. I emailed about the 3 rd week of June or so. No response. $49 down the drain!
