Not well.
Description of Work: They sent out a trainee to diagnose the problem with my furnace. He told me he was not qualified to correctly diagnose it and suggested I schedule a qualified technician to inspect it again at an additional cost. I opted out of that and had another HVAC company come out and the Fire and Ice diagnosis was totally wrong.

Description of Work: Was told I needed to send pictures of the furnace to determine whether or not a HEPA filter could be installed on the unit. Sent said pictures in. A few days later a technician came out to inspect the furnace and see what needed to be done in order to install the filter. He told me what needed to be done and that he would have a quote to me later in the day. It's been over two weeks now. I have tried to contact them, but no one has responded. They could have at least let me know they didn't want my business.
