It started with an excellent sales presentation that was informative and helpful in making a good decision. Their price point was considerably lower than the other quote we received. Installers showed up as scheduled, were very professional and careful workers. They answered any questions we had, were meticulous in their cleanup, and made sure all our questions were answered before the left.

Great! We used the previously on another house we used to own, and my Mother used them to preform the same at her home. We obtained a proposal from a competitor on both systems we had installed and they were the lowest both times. The installs were flawless and very professional.

I would definitely use them in the future. They took care of everything. They're a really nice provider and I didn't have to worry about anything. I liked the fact that they put down drop cloth so they weren't tracking through my house. It was just really nice.

The process was smooth, however he did find the reason for our possible increased gas bills...due to a clogged/cracked secondary heat exchanger. Super professional, did not condemn the unit since there was no carbon dioxide leaking from the furnace. I feel like there are companies out there they may have shut it down in order to force us into a decision that day to buy the furnace. I appreciate the honesty which allows me some time to get some estimates.

Billie from Fire & Ice called me 25 minuets before his team showed up to my home to do the installation. Dan, Leroy, & Billie were very professional & friendly. They did a great job of installing the new system & cleaned up everything inside & outside of my home. Great job Guys!!
Description of Work: I called Fire & Ice for an estimate to replace my furnace & a/c. They had Josh stop at my home. Josh looked at my furnace & a/c, took measurements of some of my duct work, & he went outside and took measurements of all of my windows & calculated the square footage of my home. He them sat down with me and I explained what I changes that I was going to do to expand my living space of my home. Josh showed me several types of units that they had & went into great detail about how each one functioned. Josh was very professional & pleasant.

David and his assistant Richard were great, friendly and courteous the entire time they were here. Everything was thoroughly checked. Richard did not mind at all that I watched over his shoulder while he worked. We have had our system for 5 years and have had no problems with it.

The duct work was rattling a bit. They came out and secured it. They also added some insulation around the line that was sweating.

We were very pleased with it. He was timely. He was resourceful.
Description of Work: We had a big deal purchase with Fire & Ice Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc through Angie's List. I have a gas fire place and I couldn't put it on. I guess the gas won't flow. They lit it for me and got the system working for the winter. There was air in the line so they just blew it out.

I purchase the furnaces through them and so I have been having the annual maintenance done through them for the past several years I believe it have been about eight years and they've always been reliable and good and in what they've done.
Description of Work: I used Fire & Ice Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc for heating and a/c service. It would be maintenance and then they found somethings under warranty that had to be replaced, I believe it was the starter ignition on the one furnace and then a like a control board I believe.

It was great! The guy arrived on time, took care of the work to be done, told me about a future maintenance item that will need done along with a price quote then told me the CO was a little high in the house. He showed me confirmation of the issue with the furnace and the CO levels. I appreciate his thoroughness and care for the safety of our family. He gave me choices about the additional part that needs replaced without any pressure. Could not have been better.
