The only thing I didn't like was that they went over their estimate, but they were very careful and did good work.

Great Experience. We were really nervous to have our velvet couches cleaned. They were heavily soiled from our child. We researched many companies. We wanted someone who had experience with fine fabrics. They were very knowledgeable! They did a wonderful job!

I made my appointment a couple of weeks in advance. They called with a reminder a day or so in advance. On the day of my appointment the crew called and said they were ahead of schedule, would it be convenient for them to come early. It was and they did. They did their usual good job.

Find Fabricare is part of Fiber-Seal and they do our carpet cleaning. We have very light carpeting and they cleaned it in the living room, two halls and back bedroom. I know they are expensive, but they are very good. I acknowledge they are more expensive than other carpet cleaners, but I haven't been happy with other carpet cleaners. I would say I got what I paid for.

The workmen were professional, quiet and courteous. The upholstery was cleaned nearly perfectly, even the white dining room upholstery. 7 years of grandchildren and other guests were lifted from the other dining room chairs. They charged us less than the phone conversation with their office predicted.

My carpets look great! I had some stains on the carpet and they seemed to have cleaned them all up. They did help me move some furniture that I could not get to and I really appreciated that. I have had them clean my carpet 4 times now and they send the same 2 guys and they never try to sell you anything. They did apply a deodorizer to one of the carpets they cleaned in the bathroom and that was part of their charge, nothing extra to me. My carpet is never really soaking wet so my carpets dry faster and I can get back into the room faster. They are worth the price and I have recommended them to friends.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, CALLED AHEAD WHEN THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. VERY POLITE, AND VERY HELPFUL. I'VE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE. THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB ON UPHOLSTERY.

THE CLEANING CREW WAS COURTEOUS AND GAVE A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF ATTENTION TO MY SPECIFIC REQUESTS. THEY WERE SO CUSTOMER FOCUSED THAT THEY CALLED JUST PRIOR TO THEIR DESIGNATED ARRIVAL TIME TO SAY THEY RAN LATE ON A PRIOR JOB AND WOULD BE 20 MINUTES LATE. THEY APOLOGIZED, BUT I WAS ECSTATIC. THEY KEPT ME INFORMED. OVERALL, THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I'LL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
