Buyer Beware! Filesavers technicians will lie about recovery rates. Good luck getting a response if your unhappy with something. Also, they had my hard drive for three months solid and didn't do a satisfactory job. Overpriced as well. Just about anyone else would be better.

After having an unfortunate drive crash I searched the web and found the Thumbtack site where I found a listing for File Savers. A local area phone number listed and I called for assistance. I learned that they are located in Victor Montana and that they provide quick overnight transport to their facility. What made it even more convenient, they have an arrangement with a local area office where I was able to drop off the drive and personnel in that office handled all the shipping arrangements. Within two days I was notified that they had received my drive and had begun preliminary examination of the drive. On that same day they called to give me the prognosis. Unfortunately in the instance of my drive, the drive was irreparably damaged. I found File Savers service to be exemplary and highly professional.
