+ -1 moreI thought they would be extra attentive and willing to help since I have done all my banking through them for over 10 years. However, there was only one person in the office that could assist with mortgage loans, and they were too busy to help. I left numerous messages and visited the office, only to be told that I would have to wait to meet with someone. I finally voiced my concerns with the manager, and he offered to send me to another location. That took away the convenience of the loan aspect for me, so I decided to go somewhere else where my business was appreciated instead.
Description of Work: I inquired about obtaining a mortgage loan through them.
