My husband and I called, they said there was possibly going to be a shortage of propane, we though we'd top off the tank just in case, we were quoted a price of $2.98, but 6 months before we paid $1.49, 200-gallon max which we ordered. They finally came out the following Monday and filled our tank with the 200 gallons. They never said there was a change in rates since we'd talked to them but they charged us $6.19/gallon instead of what we were quoted so my bill was more than double. We called them and they were horrible. the first person I spoke with said there'd been a spike and that the quoted prices changed all of the time, told me due in 60 days or they'd turn me over to collection for the $1,356. I finally got to speak with a manager, several days later, after threatening to have them come back out and take the propane. They agreed to honor the original price quote in the end but I shouldn't have had to go through all of that.
