Fasheun's Yardworks is ordered by the Municipal Courts of Ohio to return to me $1,004.00 plus court fees and interest. This is still unpaid. I paid 2300.00 to have two very large trees, cut and removed. He did half the job, cutting the treees down but not removing them, so I asked to be reimbursed for the cost of having another service finish the job. I also warned him that I would put this review on Angies List if he didn't finish the job.
Description of Work: Two very large trees were dut down quickly and left in my yard for 9 months until I paid another tree service to remove them. In the process of dropping the trees Fasheun's tree service dismantled my wooden swingset/slide and damaged my security gate. He did this in order to gain access to the back yard. Those were supposed to be temporary inconveniences. He never came back to repair them. They are still in disrepair because the playset parts are too heavy to reposition in the yard, and I need a jack hammer to rebuild the cement base for the gate post which they broke.

What a good experience! Jimi was easy to contact and easy to talk to. He was able to come out to look at the trees and give me a quote within a couple days of my first call to him. At that meeting, he took time to understand what I wanted done and considered the health of the trees too. Even though he said he is not yet a certified arborist, he gave the same advice and had the same concerns as other certified arborists who looked at the trees. I was impressed with his explanations of tree growth concepts and his quiet enthusiasm for trees and tree pruning. He shared enough of his educational and on-the-job experience that I felt comfortable trying him for this job. He was able to schedule the work within a week of my decision. On the day of the job he called at the appointment time to let me know that he was running 30 minutes behind schedule due to delays at an earlier job. He arrived with one helper and a trailer for debris. He studied each tree before climbing via ropes. He discussed pruning options with me before he climbed each tree and reconfirmed my satisfaction before he descended. He explained what he was doing and why. He was able to drop the limbs without damaging the fence. Clean up was adequate. He removed some additional tree debris I had collected as well as a large branch for a neighbor. The job took about 5 hrs. He and his help were courteous and professional in a friendly way. It was a pleasure to work with them.
Description of Work: Removed damaged and problem limbs (over wires; nearing house) from 2 large silver maples and removed one limb and cleaned cut damaged stub on a neighbor's tree growing over my yard. Removed all debris.
