I had ECC come out after our last home remodel project. The place was spotless when ECC was done, allowing me time for organizing box after box of our kitchen stuff, because everything else was clean. They did a great job, are very reliable and trustworthy. Having a high risk pregnancy, I really needed the help and they were very helpful and completed all the tasks as asked.

The service is continually very good. They are on time and very professional.

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. I purchased a groupon type deal, and this company evaded, didn't show and did not honor it. For several months I exchanged emails and calls with the company. They never answer the phone, and would call back much later. Everything was polite, but they were always unable to schedule an appointment, despite my listing of possible times and dates. They never came out and said "we don't have availability at that time" but instead would reply and ask for dates and times each time. When I was able to schedule a time and date, nobody showed. There was no call, there was no reply. When I called to inquire, I never got a call back. This feels like a well organized scheme. They are polite and sound like they're just overwhelmed with business, but never show and never schedule. I'm out $40, with no service. Do not ever, under any circumstances, use this company for any sort of service.

Kenny has cleaned for us for 8 months now. He is punctual, courteous and very efficient! The preschool rooms look great. Kenny will be cleaning for us of our new location next fall. We are so fortunate to have found him!

Kenny asks us to check if we are happy with the cleanliness before leaving and takes care of anything we need tyo get done. We offered him tip once when he had to stretch beyond agreed time but he turned it down politely. That shows his professional attitude.

I have been using Everlasting Cleaning Concepts for a few months. The house looks wonderful after Kenny has been here. He's efficient and pays attention to details. It's refreshing to have a person come into your home with a pleasant attitude. I've used other companies where the employees don't even make eye contact or smile. He treats you as a priority and makes sure everything is satisfactory. I am definitely a satisfied customer and will be continuing to use Everlasting Cleaning Concepts in the future.
