Eve Holland is an amazing realtor who claims she has a ''customer for life''. While that may sound a little hard to believe, no one has been more helpful in each and every aspect of the harrowing experience that is entailed by buying and selling a home. She helped us negotiate a fair price on both selling and buying a home, was able to get plenty of traffic through our home to sell it (at least 4 showings a week during a tough market) and found us a new home that perfectly fit our desires. She's always been there even after the sale, faxing documents needed from the closing we needed on our refinance (we did quickly after the purchase), she shared names of great contractors and simply went out of her way ANY time we needed her. She also happens to know the University District/Clintonville better than anyone I've met in my 6 years in Columbus.
