+ 1 moreI had used them to care for my mother's house which later was converted to a rental. Customer service when contacted was indifferent or at times combative. After several years finally in 2020 I received notice the mowing charges was being increased by 30% leaving me scrambling to either accept the increase or find alternative lawn care. It was already April. I suggested I'd accept the increase preferring to take it over a couple years as a 30% increase ($250 during the season) at the last minute seemed unreasonable. After sending several emails I gave up and will move onto another company.
