Envirotech Restoration

Description of Work: I found what I thought was a bed bug--how disgusting!!! I never knew what one looked like but after asking some questions, quickly learned. Knew I needed treatment to get RID of them. Looked on Angie’s List, found this company, called them upon your recommendation and signed on with Enviro Tech. They sounded legitimate, butnow I am seriously questioning their ability and reputation. They did several treatments, then told me I was clean. Also stated that if I noticed any more problems to call them, I had a year guarantee. I saw one, and did call them again. The technician came to the appointment, looked and told me there is heavy activity in the same master bedroom area as before and showed me the activity. He was quite upset over this! He began treatment again. Seems to me from observing him, that whatever chemical was previously used, wasn’t the proper treatment chemical. He sprayed something that I’m not sure was used previously, tested several of these bugs and they were dead, then he heavily sprayed the affected areas. On the next scheduled treatment, I have to completely empty every 2 dressers AGAIN. Because of a previous no call/no show, I called the company when they were nearly 30 minutes late and after completely taking apart a bedroom for them. When I called, was informed their scheduled technician was in the ER, but the company never gave me the courtesy of calling me to tell me this before I had the room completely ready for them. I had to pay $50 to have someone put the bed, etc. back together. I have asked them repeatedly for a $50 credit, this has gone on for months. To date, still being bounced around. Even the scheduler is embarrassed for this company and sympathizes with me, stating she would again pass it on to the billing dept., nothing has moved forward yet. Truthfully, I want a complete refund and begin with a reputable company. I don’t trust Enviro Tech at all.

Description of Work: They came out because we had birds in our attic.
