We’ve been using EnviroCare for almost a decade to provide inside and outside pest control for our home. Their eco-conscious solutions to pest control gives us peace of mind that the substances used are non-harmful to humans and pets. Plus the work is done by the owner, Karl, who we’ve found to be professional, very reliable, and experienced in a variety of pest problems. Left the owner a message on his phone around 10 a.m. on Aug. 10th, but didn't hear back until about noon on the 11th. Then, during the call, we were cut off. I immediately called back and left a message for him to call back so we could finish discussing my job -- but never got a call back the remainder of the day. I don't understand why some business owners cannot see that a simple phone call, in a timely manner, can make all the difference for a potential client. I felt ignored; and found the long time to even get a call back (if only to say I can't talk now, but will contact you later) was very unprofessional. Then, when he didn't bother to try and call back when we got cut off, it pretty much confirmed to me that I will take my business elsewhere. I guess some folks have so much business, they don't need to treat all their customers as they should.

Karl was great. He came same day our mouse was spotted, took time to inspect inside my house, found the entry point, gave me options for killing it, and then set out the bait. He was very conscientious about my pet's safety and gave me tips for sealing the entry point. Service came with a three month warranty.

I read some reviews on Angie's List about Karl and decided to give him a call. He not only did the work for almost half of the price as the other company I called, but he gave me a 90 day warranty and came out within a day. I didn't even have to be there for him to perform the service. I would use him again.

I called Karl in the early afternoon because I walked up to my porch and notice wasps hovering around my front door. I have a lethal allergy and so I grabbed my kids and ran back into the car. I called because I remembered the name from last season, and because patronizing an environmentally friendly company is very important to me, and Karl was at my house within the hour. He was kind, courteous, professional, and thorough. He sprayed the entire house and even gave me the courtesy of charging last year's price. The 90 day warranty is great peace of mind and we will absolutely be calling EnviroCare in the future to deal with our pest problems.

About two days before my daughter's first birthday party my husband and I decided to give it up on the DIY pest control and call a professional. We had been having problems with carpenter bees for a few weeks and the problem was just getting worse no matter our best efforts. I called a few companies that claimed more environmentally friendly products (extremely important to us) and Karl with Envirocare was the first to get back with me within the hour. His quote was the best, not to mention his promptness, and he came out the very next day. Upon inspecting our garage he noticed that we also had a pretty bad carpenter ant infestation and was able to locate the nest. Karl thought that one application just may not do the trick so he promised that if we were still seeing insects he would come back out and treat again with no charge. That was about 3 weeks ago and we had no problems at the party! Thank goodness. However, our problem with the bees was so bad that Karl was right and he came back out today to do another treatment at no charge. Sadly, my husband and I had noticed more carpenter ants on our porch and thought we better leave it to the professionals. Karl assessed the area when he came out for the second bee treatment and treated our porch at no cost! I was shocked. I thought for sure that since this was a different area than his original treatment that there would be a fee. I am beyond appreciative of his kindness in treating the second area and putting my mind at ease. We will always call Karl if we are ever in need of pest control again. He hits every point in our book: environmentally safe products, promptness, professionalism, kindness, informative, not to mention we are helping to support a local small business owner. Thanks!

My neighbor noticed they were being bothered my hornets as they sat on their porch. Upon further investigation they noticed a large (basketball size) hornets nest in my tree. The neighborhood kids were tempted to knock it down (bad idea!) so I knew I had to get rid of it quickly so as to ward off possible injury as well as a lawsuit. I called several places before talking to Karl from EnviroCare. The first estimated a charge of minimum $300. That seemed like a lot so I continued my search. The second was going to make me sign a contract for a years worth of treatments ($84 per month on top of initial visit) saying the hornets would come right back. A few said they would get back to me and said the soonest date would be in a week. I finally happened upon EnviroCare, and Karl answered the phone. He said he could possibly make it that day or at latest the next day. He asked two simple questions...how big was it and where it was located in the tree. He said he would charge $150. I came home from an appointment later that day and lo and behold it was gone! I had no idea that he had even been there it was so fast and NO remnants of even one hornet! I would recommend him to anyone.

He is very nice. He does not do removal of cats but gave me some very helpful tips to get them out of my basement. The tips worked until the rocks I had filling the holes they used to get into my basement originally were removed by neighborhood kids and groundhogs dug new holes that they used to get back in. Unfortunately this is a more complex problem but I really appreciated his advice and tips that did work for a bit.

It went very well. We've worked with him in the past and had excellent experiences both times. He's prompt, friendly, expedient and knowledgeable. He also takes the initiative to identify other potential issues without charging us an arm and a leg. We have full confidence that our situation with the bees will be remedied and will certainly work with him again.

Karl was awesome. He took the time to explain to us how the house got so many bugs while it was vacant. He told us how the trees touching the porch made the house part of the outdoors to an insect. I cut the branches, and no repeat problems! He told us how the spiders we see are eating what we DON'T see. I can't believe I never though about it that way. Makes total sense when someone takes the time to explain it to you. My wife and I were SO glad Karl took the time to do just that. Sure enough, he had to come back out and retreat. He knew he was going to have to do that, so we got the expectations set right the first time. Karl was phenomenal. The bugs went away, the products used aren't the super bad chemicals, and we are happy to call him again to make sure we never get bug problems again. Nice guy with his own business, so give him a call. We are SO happy that we did!!

They are really good. Carl is the owner. He gets back to us right away and he schedules us as soon as possible. He takes care of the problem. They use products that are not as toxic so our cat can be in the house. He is definitely very professional. We really like the guy.

About 17 months ago, Karl Tsu placed poisoned traps in strategic places in my house and yard. Within days, I went from constantly being aware of rodents to not seeing or hearing any of them. He gave me a one-year warranty. The great results lasted for 17 months. So, when I starting seeing and hearing mice again, I called him back. He refilled the traps with poison and changed their locations a bit. In the two weeks since then, I've only seen one mouse, and it may be dead by now.

They ended up coming back and treating our property again, because the ants came back, but they did not charge us anything for the addition service.

Our problem seems solved. They were very good.

He did advise that I have him come back for quarterly maintenance. I think I will. But right now, I'm about to get someone to seal up the holes in my eaves, through which some of these critters probably came.

He was very professional and he answered all of our questions. He was more expensive. He came out and did a one-time job and said that he would be available to come back if there was a problem. He did very well. He wasn?t able to come the first time for the appointment, but he came when he said the second time.

They were responsive, but I chose to go with another company Angie's List recommended because of the pricing.

Karl responded to my call the same day and although he was not able to make a visit the same day, he arranged a Saturday visit. He quickly identified my problem and presented a plan to eradicate the mice. He has been very informative and understanding. The plan thus far has been successful and we are discussing a long term plan to disinfect and avoid future invasions.

He uses an environmental chemical. It is non-toxic, and does not cause any health risks. He does a very good job. He is very reliable, and does what he says he will. He offers a ninety day guarantee.

This wasn't the first time I have used EnviroCare Pest Solutions. I used them before for ants and was very happy. The mice are gone now after one treatment. I have recommended EnviroCare to my neighbor and they have also gotten rid of their spider problem.
