We purchased the Angie's List deal to have an Elite designer look at our space, give us remodel ideas and draw up a plan. That all went very well. Chad was helpful and professional, but moving forward with the remodel was too pricey with Elite.

We loved our crew - Seth and Dave! They did a wonderful job and the outcome is beautiful. With any remodeling project, there is always bumps and mishaps but these two were professional from the start. I want to give some props to Dave also because he did beautiful work with our tile and he was always careful to do the job as good as his own home deserves. Thank you to the crew, Amber, Kody, and Janet for this wonderful bathroom!

Since we moved into our home 5 years ago, we’ve been wanting to remodel our dark, enclosed kitchen with limited counter space. We went through the process of having several contractors come into our home to give estimates of an extensive remodel – breaking down a wall, installing new cabinetry, laying hardwood flooring, new countertops – the whole nine yards. Elite came in with a very competitive offer and an exquisite design complete with a raised ceiling, skylight and other features that we didn’t even think of to improve the value of our home. They truly heard our needs and ran with it. We also threw in new tile flooring in the bathrooms and countertops because we were so pleased with their services. I could go on and on about this company – highly recommend for a home remodel!

They were absolutely great! They stayed in budget and exceeded my expectations. The workmanship was excellent and they paid great attention to every little detail. I love my new kitchen!

Everyone involved in our remodel process was friendly, on time, tidy at the end of the work day and respectful of our home. Dave made sure let our dog out before leaving for the day when I had to stay later at work one day.

From the design to choosing cabinets and letting me handle demo and painting everything went great. The finished kitchen is user friendly and looks great.

Everything went as planned and they finished everything in a timely manner. We even made some last minute changes and Elite happily accommodated all of our needs! Couldn't be happier!

It went great. Elite is a premium price but premium service provider. You will be able to find a cheaper option but they will cut corners that may not be entirely visible until later. There were a number of times during the ~15 week project that Elite brought up things behind the scenes that needed addressed that could have easily just been covered up. Our day-to-day working team was great and very personable. The project was a success; our kitchen and bathroom ended up gorgeous. Would definitely use Elite again.

It couldn't have gone better. Amber Harmon created an amazing first floor layout that took a very small space and used it to its fullest potential. She helped us select beautiful cabinets, hardware and lighting, all at a fair price. Our contractor Shawn Craddock and his team were thorough and efficient, and were very focused on delivering a quality job. Our remodel was actually completed early, and we couldn't be more happy with the finished product. I would absolutely recommend Elite for your home project, and I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Amber from Elite was excellent. She listened, made great recommendations, helped us consider pros and cons resulting in a plan to meet our needs. The project, originally estimated to take 6 weeks, started on June 5 and ended June 28, in just 3.5 weeks. The Elite crew was excellent - talented, polite, kept the work site clean and organized, and worked to ensure our satisfaction. We are very satisfied with our new kitchen and will hire Elite again.

Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the quality of all three jobs performed. The house has been beautifully transformed, and I'll be sure to contact them for any future home improvement or remodeling. First of all, you deal directly with Robert Harmon, the owner of the company, he is the type of person that will tell you things straight, while providing multiple options and ideas for the project. With Robert you don't have to guess, what you see is what you get, there are no surprises, there is no wondering, and most important the job is performed according to a plan, and any changes or roadblocks that we all know happen in any project are immediately communicated and options are discussed and evaluated. Communications before and throughout each project is a given, and that in addition to the great quality, cleanliness, and thoroughness of their job is extremely important to us. So, how did it go... GREAT... all three jobs, FANTASTIC.

It went very smoothly with ongoing open communications. There was always a concern about quality control that they took very seriously. Without hesitation, we would use them again!

Elite did a great job. Heather was very helpful and attentive from the initial decision through the design phase and during the project. Jim and Gabe were very professional while working in our home. We had no concerns leaving them to work when we were gone. We had a few problems during the two month project, but, Elite was very good about resolving the issues immediately. We would consider Elite again for other remodeling projects.

It was a large project. Robert, the owner of Elite, and his team were professional and responsive. The project was completed on time and within 8% of the budget. You never know what you will find in a 100 year old house project. The estimating skills of Robert and Tom were astounding. We will work with Elite for all home remodeling projects.

It went very well. The team was always available and very professional. They were great at the remodel process. Also, the sales consultant checked in on the project weekly if not daily. We were always able to reach her with questions. Also, the bathroom looks amazing!

Elite did a great job!! We had our house extended and kitchen completely remodeled. Appreciated the work they did and the results met our high expectations. Definitely recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

Not well. We bought Hardie siding, which we had pre-painted at the factory. When I saw the siding upon delivery, I told them there wasn't enough for the job. They wound up buying more and painting it themselves. The siding was not installed according to detailed instructions provided by the manufacturer. They used the wrong nails, did not apply Tyvek wrap to the house, did not properly flash along the roof where the siding ran along the shingles, istalled siding to close to the ground, and the paint was beginning to show cracking and crazing, etc. This caused the siding to begin to break down from moisture. When we contacted a contractor to discuss doing some repairs, he took one look at the siding and said he wanted to have the James Hardie Co. look at it. A Hardie representative went over it and said we needed to have the entire job redone because of improper installation. Hardie provided the siding and materials at no charge, plus a little money toward installation, but siding that should have lasted 40 years had to be replaced after 10, costing us an additional $19,000 out of pocket. I would like some kind of refund from Elite. They did good work on the porches, etc., the the siding installations was sloppy and improperly done. I am currently pulling together photos and working to obtain the report filed by James Hardie Co.

They never got back to us. Very disappointing.

Absolutely the best we have we ever came across. Done in the time frame that they told us. Quality of work was excellent. Always showed up when they said they would. Everyone we worked with were professional and courteous. We have already sent some of our friends to them.

I needed a designer to come out and give me ideas of how to remodel my downstairs area for a bedroom. I needed the washer/dryer moved. A bathroom put in and my dining room made into a bedroom. I setup and appointment two weeks in advance. Anticipating when they would come I was very excited. An hour after the time for the person to show up nothing. NO call to say they were running late, no call to let me know anything. I called the office and left a message for someone to call me back. NOTHING. I called again got a young woman on the phone that said she couldn't tell me why NO ONE showed up, this was just not like the person to just not show up. She said she would try to get in touch with them and call me back. NOTHING from her. I then gave her one more chance and called her back. Guess I am a glutton for punishment. She still said she couldn't give me a reason the person didn't show up. By this time is was two hours after the person was suppose to be there. She wanted to reschedule and I told her if they couldn't get out there on time the first time I wasn't giving them a second chance.

Excellent. Charlie's crew was professional in both attitude and work. The painting was neat and tidy. Everything was covered. Thank you. I would hire again !
