Description of Work: Remodeled bathroom...not timely or very responsive. We like our bathroom but would not use or recommend them based on our overall experience.

Description of Work: Remodeled kitchen (included design and installation of new cabinets, granite counter tops, flooring, doors, lighting fixtures, and appliances (not included in cost of service)); half bath (new vanity, door, lighting fixture, fan, toilet, and flooring), and entry hallway (flooring and closet). Elite performed my remodeling project with one designer, and one of their construction teams (one lead and an assistant). The lead ensured all requirements of my contract were performed including the ordering of required city electrical and building permits. He also worked closely with me during the entire project to ensure the design construction was done to my satisfaction. The team was always punctual, communicated to me the daily work they would be performing and when the subcontractors (installation of the granite counter tops and specialized ceiling painter) would be providing their work. They monitored the subcontractors' work to ensure completion and satisfactorily perfomred. At this writing, I am waiting on the delivery of my appliances by HH Gregg which Elite will install. Overall the project is complete (length of time: approx 5 weeks). I estimate 1 to 2 days remain for the installation of my appliances, two light fixtures, ceiling fan, and final electrical and building inspection. I have been extremely pleased with the results of my project performed by Elite Remodeling. I was not inconvenienced by their work and they cleaned up the work area each day before leaving. I will definitely request their services for future remodeling projects and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Provider called day after purchase & scheduled the consult. Day of the apt, provider called & said her child was ill and they would need to reschedule. To date, have not received a follow call to set an appt. Logged onto Angie's list today to get a phone number to follow up. This request for a review popped up.

Description of Work: used them twice. First time for cabinet extensions, under cabinet lighting and refacing. Second time for granite counter tops, travertine backsplash, and sink/faucet replacement. Approximately 2 years between jobs.

Description of Work: Bought the 50 deal for 500 dollars worth of planning a new kitchen. Very slow responding. Showed up 2 hours late and had the wife's owner get him here. Plans where a excel version via email and looked nothing as discussed via conversation while here. Also had to do the follow up constantly to have plans adjusted to meet my expectations. End result is still excel plans with nothing more. I could have spent the 50 on software and did up the plans myself.

Description of Work: I purchased a 3d kitchen design on the big deal. Appointment was made quickly and representative was polite and on time. I did not choose to use their design,I was looking for more input from someone with professional design experience. I am still in the process of finding a contractor/designer for the kitchen remodel.

Description of Work: Total kitchen remodel and first floor hardwood floor installation. | |Some things went well and some were a big disappointment. The crew assigned to us were mainly good, but they were pulled before our job was completed. | |The biggest disappointments were with inconsistent quality control and inconsistent communication.

Description of Work: Kitchen remodel. I was very pleased with Elite from beginning to end. Communication was always great. The crews were very accommodating around my schedule. When I had questions or issues, they were dealt with in a timely manner. Would recommend them 100%!

Description of Work: We scheduled to have this company come to our home three different times. Each time we received a cancellation call needing to reschedule. The first time it was no problem. The second time the lady that was to come out had to cancel again due to an emergency room visit with her daughter. Again we were understanding and agreed to reschedule for a second time. When we got the third call to reschedule because the scheduled time did not work out for them again we decided to cancel all together as it began to be apparent that our business is not valued by this company. Once the lady received our cancellation, she called back and left a nasty voicemail letting us know how non-understanding that we are and that she should have just made her daughter wait and not take her to the emergency room. At every interaction, we were very understanding and friendly. The lady's name is Amber.

Description of Work: Amber came to our house and developed plans for a kitchen remodel. She was very responsive to my preferences and ideas while offering her design expertise. Unfortunately, the estimate that Elite presented just didn't fit into our budget.

Description of Work: Mr.harman came to my house to give me an estimate to remodel my master bathroom.He took measurements and also took a drawing and estimate i had fro another contractor.This was on April 17th and he told me he couldn't do the work until the end of july with i agreed to.The first of june i called his design office and told them mr.Harmon wanted me to stop by to get ideas and finalize a design and they told me i didn't need an appointment.A few days later my wife and i called again and said we were coming that day and they said ok.When we arrived we were taken to a room and two associates joined us,we told them our story and gave them copies of our drawing and they said Mr. Harmon wasn't in but they would tell him we were there.Over the next couple of weeks i called 5 times and was told mr Harmon wasnt in and they would have him call me back.After calling for two weeks Mr Harmon finally called and said he wasn't sure i wanted the job done and now ir would be some time in December before he could get to it and when i asked why he said he had an emergency call and would call me back.I haven't heard from him since.I live in Marysville so maybe it was to far for him it took me 25 minutes to get to his store.The previous estimate was $19.000.00 mostly labor so it wasn't a small job.

Description of Work: I got an estimate but not what I expected. Maybe I read something wrong but I thought I was going to get a computer generated model of an idea for the kitchen. The guy was extremely nice but what I got, an estimate, I would have expected for free honestly.

Description of Work: The visit to our home and our subsequent visit to their showroom were professional, polite and helpful. Our project was so small that it did not warrant the design fee and the sale rep offered to refund our Angie's List Big Deal fee. That refund was never received, our only negative experience. In the end we opted to put off the project for a year or two.
