We are going to use them for this kitchen project and are on the schedule for late August/September for the start.

Description of Work: I was very disappointed with the renders provided. They did not represent my actual space whatsoever. While I understand this was a discounted service, I would hope that whoever is doing a rendered representation of a room would at least get the existing fixtures in the correct places.

Description of Work: We did meet with Elite Home Remodeling about 6 months. We had just purchased our home (definitely needs some work) and he gave us some great tips and examples of what he could do for us. We will definitely be contacting this company when we have the budget! Thank you!

Description of Work: We had a large renovation - kitchen, laundry room, master closet and three baths. We cannot say enough good about Robert and Janet Harmon and their team at Elite. They assigned Jim and his brother and son to our job and by the end we had new friends as well as a new home! There are many stages in a job of this magnitude as we had to make so many choices. From initial design to finishing touches, these guys were with us, guiding us and explaining the process. Their vast experience likely saved us from making some costly decisions we would have regretted later. The usual surprises awaited - a load bearing wall where we thought otherwise; a busted appliance arriving on installation day but they were always able to adapt plans and respond appropriately. They were scrupulously honest and always upfront about time, cost and aesthetics They also put up with us adding "just one more little thing" on a regular basis. Because it is a family business, there was a sense of accountability with very few subcontractors involved. They choose their projects carefully and work hard to balance competing demands among their skilled workers. My husband is urging me to add the sentence "they just wanted to get things done right". I am writing this a whole year later on purpose as I wanted to be able to report on how things held up to substantial use. I am happy to report that with few and VERY minor exceptions, every room looks as good as it did when first finished. We love our home and are delighted to give Elite the credit. As a matter of fact, we receive so many compliments on our kitchen that we feel we are cooking and serving in a magazine picture! You will find less expensive contractors but you will pay in other ways- delays, unexpected expenses or by having a subcontractor disappear mid job. We give them our highest recommendation and would be happy to discuss our project with anyone thinking of a large scale renovation.

Description of Work: I purchased a $49 for a Kitchen or Bathroom Design Consultation with Computer Generated Renderings by Elite Home Remodeling. After the purchase I was contacted and a date was set up for the consultation. Amber came out spoke with me on my wants for a kitchen remodel. She was very professional and a delight to work with. We met again and looked at cabinet and counter choices. I received my new kitchen plans shortly afterwards. I love what Amber had suggested and the final "tweaked" plans. We plan on the kitchen remodel with Elite Home Remodeling sometime in the Spring.

Description of Work: We hired them to replace and install the front door while installing new bamboo flooring throughout and the majority of the first floor. There was a major lack of communication between the owners and the staff. The workers were constantly late on arrival and left early most days. Then finally the lead installer was taken off the project and the inter was left to finish the project but only botched up the flooring in multible spots. When the project was finally "done" the area was left dirty and we had to clean it up ourselves. Maybe this is just the result of being squeezed into an already busy schedule but I won't be giving them a 2nd chance to prove me wrong.

Description of Work: I did not ever receive the estimate they were supossed to give me on a 3 car garage and room addition. They came out and met with me then I didn't hear back for several months. I called and asked if it had been completed and was told I would hear back within a few days and it never happened.

Description of Work: I have never received the bathroom remodeling layout I paid for, in fact I never heard from them again after the original visit in the summer.

Description of Work: Complete change in kitchen, all new cabinets, countertops floor, and additional lighting. Added large island, and completely changed layout of the kitchen. All went well only real issue was new faucet leaked at the head it was replaced.

Description of Work: The representative came over and talked to us, saw the kitchen and bath, but lost interest when my husband said that he would do most of the work. We thought we would have a plan from him and we were even going to purchase from him, but we never heard anything back. We are not interested now. I don't remember the date.
