They did exactly what they said they would do and when there were any issues or problems they always took care of them.

A few delays aside, everything went well. Amber did a great job helping us pick out the new materials. The quality of the work performed was second to none. Our overall experience was excellent & we wouldn't hesitate to hire Elite again in the future.

They came out with some really creative ideas for kitchen. They are responsive and communication has been excellent so far. Their proposal was significantly less expensive than one of the proposals that we got from somebody else.

The end result was a beautiful kitchen. Had a slight problem with the granite countertop not being seemed to our satisfaction . BUT the owner looked at it and also agreed with us and it was redone! The workers were very nice and respectful! Overall a great experience.

They gave me an high estimate. They were great overall but based on budget concerns I had to go with a discount contractor.

Elite Home Remodeling gave us an estimate. We were going to use them, but then the owner's wife died and he wasn't able to do the job. He seemed knowledgeable. I have a different project coming up and I'm considering calling him again, because he seemed knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I was very pleased and very satisfied with Elite Home Remodeling. There were 2 guys who did the job and they were very good. They did pretty much everything, they were very meticulous in their work and they offered me suggestions about things. I was totally pleased about the project. The job took longer than it was anticipated and there were a couple of days when they missed work but other than that, it was fine.

Went very well. Actually kicked off the project earlier than originally planned and completed the project a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. Final cost was very much in line with the initial estimate. Changes were due to things we requested as the project was proceeding.

From the day of the appointment to the estimate took a few weeks, but it was over the holidays. Amber conducted the site visit and was very professional and had good ideas. She made sure I understood that the cost of the renovation would vary depending upon the materials I wanted to use. The estimate was outside of my budget at the time so I decided not to have the work done. If I had decided to, I felt confident they would have done a great job.

Great. Robert came to our home and spent some time talking about what we wanted to do with a remodel. He had good ideas and measured area as well as took pictures of the space. We then met about 10 days later at the cabinet company to go over the design and make any adjustments. He presented a total cost breakdown for each aspect of a remodel. We will be proceeding with the remodel in the spring.

I thought that they were very professional. They came to the house to see the room and for me to get their estimate.

They did a good job. They did what we asked them to do and their price was right.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They completed the work on time and on budget. They were very courteous when they were in here. They worked around our hours. They cleaned up after themselves. We didn't have any problems them at all. We would highly recommend him.

An old laminate counter was removed and a new one installed ; we chose a high definition laminate. I describe it as "granite wannabe ". It's beautiful! The old sink and faucets were removed and a new deeper sink was installed with a new faucet set, plus a garbage disposal which operates efficiently and quietly. The old cabinet boxes on the walls were kept because they were strong and in good shape. Brad put a veneer on the cabinet boxes ~we did not purchase new cabinet boxes. Brad did an excellent job. We chose new wood cabinet doors with a cherry stain. The new doors were installed with hidden hinges on the inside which makes for a nice smooth finish. The finished cabinets look great; it all matches perfectly and totally updated the whole kitchen. Brad even added a "light rail" which gave a beautiful finished look to the cabinets. New drawer fronts were put on; we kept the "old" drawer boxes or insides. Into one lower cabinet we had pull out shelves installed. Although this cut down on space somewhat, the ease of pulling out heavy pans outweighed the small amount of space lost, especially for my elderly Mom. Under -cabinet lighting was also part of the update...it not only provides extra light, but looks great shining down on the HD laminate counter. Overall, myself and my whole family were very satisfied with the work done by the folks at Elite. I would highly recommend them and feel comfortable saying they do great work!

From when we first starting getting estimates they were the only company that had fair prices and kept their appointments in a timely manner. When they came out they had suggestions that we had not even thought about making the whole project look better than expected. Brad who did the work would settle for nothing less than perfect, which included tearing up part of the new floor in the kitchen because "he" didn't like and we didn't see anything wrong with it. At the end of each day Brad would clean up and leave us being able to use the kitchen until the next day. We had a couple of small things after they were done that we wanted taken care of and they came right out and took care of them no questions asked. It was a pleasant experience to have them do the work and we would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We contacted Robert at Elite for a quote on adding a three season room to our deck. Our email was answered immediately and an appointment was set up. Robert arrived promptly and we told him what we were looking for and he provided answers and options, many of which we had not thought of. We agreed to an estimated price which was surprisingly close to the actual cost. The crew sent out led by Andy was very professional as well as personable and the work was performed as advertised. We were kept well informed as to what was happening with inspections and such and any items that came up were thoroughly explained and an answer ready. Quality workmanship throughout.

This was the first time we had engaged in any sort of construction to our home and we had shopped around for quite sometime before deciding to go with Elite. From the beginning we liked the owner's approach and interaction with us. We found Robert to be direct, honest and genuinely interested in making our addition one that we would be very happy with. We had found that other contractors we talked to were not so accurate with their estimates or were dismissive of us. As it turns out the work sample they provided for us to go see belonged to a former colleague with whom I had worked with for many years. It was a great reference. We met our project manager about a month before we were next on the work list to begin and we appreciated the lead time. Work began promptly and progressed as anticipated. For the most part our property was kept neat and free to excess building materials. We are extraordinarily satisfied with our room addition which is truly a stunning showpiece.

They did an amazing job. We were impressed from the start when Amber came to measure and give estimates for different phases we wanted to have done. She had creative and helpful ideas. She was very patient in working with us to figure out what we wanted since we had never been through this process and were a little overwhelmed with the decision making process. Work began as scheduled and they were always prompt to arrive and very careful with what they did. They did a great job of cleaning up after they were done each day. We had really nice guys (Rodney and Tony) who went above and beyond. We are extremely pleased with the end result and look forward to them coming back next year to remodel our kitchen!

Easy to have this company in our home for 2 weeks, as strange as it is having someone working in our home, it was pretty painless. We were very comfortable with the workers that came to our home. Very pleased with the quality of work performed. House looks great! We love all the changes. Thanks Elite!

My only complain is the amount of time it took to complete the job. When the owner's daughter, Amber, can out to do the quote, I pointed out that this was the only full-bathroom in the house. I asked how long it would take before the shower would be usable once they started. She stated 4-5 days from the start of demo. That gave me the impression, perhaps mistaken, that once they started the job, they would work full-time on it. Instead, they started the job on August 29th and didn't finish until September 17th. During those 13 business days, there were only 2 days they worked all day on my bathroom. The rest of the time I was being fitted in between other jobs. They did hook up the bathtub on day 3, so I was able to take baths, but the shower wasn't done until Sept 14th. The lesson learned from this, not just with this company, but any job as critical as a bathroom or kitchen, try to get a commitment in writing that once they start the job, they will work fulltime on it until it is completed.

The end result is beautiful. The inital consultation went very well. When the project manager came out to measure the cost of the project increased due to personal prefences and the area was larger than anticipated. The start of the project went well there was a misunderstanding with how long the project would take to complete. Communication was confusing. I thought I should be communicating with Janet in the office and there were some issues with what would be done on what day. Overall we are very pleased with the results. I shared with Janet what we all would need to do differently.

The owners, Robert & Janet Harmon, were very responsive and professional. They came out and evaluated both jobs, gave me great ideas and suggestions, and provided accurate cost estimates. Both times, we were on a very tight time frame and they completed the jobs on time. In 2011, our kitchen was completely torn down and completed in 4 weeks, just in time for my son's graduation party!! We had the typical drop down ceiling with fluorescent lights with a soffit that hid the upstairs plumbing. Robert created the perfect solution to re-plumb and construct the cabinets up to the ceiling. He re-designed our u-shaped kitchen to have an island layout instead. The workers were very professional - punctual, hardworking and excellent quality craftsmanship. Both rooms look beautiful after the re-model. We will be calling Elite Home Remodeling every time we have a big home project.

We had Elite come in to give us an estimate on a kitchen remodel. Robert made many suggestions on materials and showed us samples that looked to be very high quality. We went to his showroom and looked at more samples. He let us borrow a door and granite samples to match up the travertine backsplash. He had a very detailed scope of work listing all activities to be done and the cost of each one. He was very flexible in letting us do some of the work to keep the cost down. At our request, they built a custom cabinet not in or original contract to increase the distance between the range top and the bottom of the microwave. The workers were always on time and cleaned up after themselves every day. They answered any questions we had about what they were doing, materials used, etc. It took a little more time than the two weeks originally estimated, but that was because they allowed us time to paint the walls and ceiling and also to make the custom cabinet and door. We love our new kitchen. The cabinets and granite counter tops are beautiful. We highly recommend Elite Home Remodeling and are currently considering having Elite remodel a bathroom for us.
