Elite did our complete kitchen remodel and we love the results! We had all the cabinets, counters, floors and lighting redone, took down two walls, and installed a peninsula and it looks beautiful. From the beginning, everyone with Elite was professional and prompt. Amber, the designer, got in touch with us right and away and was amazingly helpful through the design/quote process. She made sure she knew what our needs were and continued to listen as we made decisions along the way. When the team arrived for the walk-through we had to make some adjustments based on what they found but once they got started, the project stayed close to on time. Denny and Josh, the day-to-day workers, were easy to have in our house; they answered our questions, cleaned up after themselves, and even shoveled the driveway for me a few times when my car was snowed in. Plus they were just friendly folks to have around. The workers who came to stain the floors were patient as we tried to match the old floors, and Denny and Josh worked with us to get just the right stain for the trim. Dave, the project manager, was always responsive over email and was willing to answer any question or concern. Overall, the message we got from everyone was that would do whatever they had to do to make us happy. And they did. We had to wait several months to get on their schedule but it was totally worth the wait and we will be calling them back for our next project.

Planning, Detailed, Communication, On-Schedule, Great People - Outcome = Perfection Before contracting with another local company to remodel our kitchen and update our flooring, we happened across an article in the local Westerville magazine about Elite Home Remodeling. They had great reviews and the pictures looked really good. We invited them to our house for an initial meeting; what a great decision! Chad Hoffman, Design Consultant arrived for his first home visit with great listening skills, ideas, questions, pictures and potential! We spent time getting to know Chad, visited the shop/store to see, feel and experience some of the options Chad had presented. After checking references, we knew Elite had “the right stuff” to be guests in our home. We had some lead time before the project started and that gave us a chance to visit various suppliers recommended by Elite and make selections for the project. The decorating committee, my wife and daughter, had a wonderful time investigating the options and consulting with Chad on their ideas. Chad even went the extra mile and asked his talented wife Julie to join us in making paint selections! The project was underway and Jared, Ryan and Rodney were assigned to our project. They were always on time, professional, detailed and never satisfied until “it” looked perfect. If something was a shade off in color, Jared mentioned it to us and had a plan ready before we could even say a word – that’s why we selected Elite Home Remodeling. Step by step, our project evolved and so did our relationship with our crew. We found, as you will that these folks can be trusted with your home and your pets, even when you can’t be there! The outcome was terrific. They finished on time and on budget. The most important question is; would we choose them again if we had it to do all over? Without a doubt – YES! The project took almost two months. At times progress seemed slow but the over result we are very pleased with. Jim and Nic did a great job with all the work. They cleaned up each day and were very accommodating to help keep our house as functional as possible during the renovation. They also were responsive to questions and concerns along the way. We also love the design that Amber came up with for the kitchen. We wanted to open up a wall so the kitchen connected with the great room. Other contractors gave us expensive quotes that only involved making a window in the wall. Amber was able to design a plan that allowed us to completely remove the wall and install a large island. This gave us a very practical open design and the island added a ton of useful storage and space. If we ever move and need another kitchen Reno we know where to go!

Elite did an excellent job! They're easy to work with and very professional. Starting at the beginning, our quote was detailed and easy to understand. As part of the design for our new bathroom, Amber helped me pick out the exact materials we wanted. The wait time to begin the project was a bit long: we contracted in April 2018 and the work started late November 2018. I took this as a good sign that their services were in demand and worth waiting for! Once the project started, Joe and Zach were extremely professional, even making sure to clean up each day. Joe was always good about keeping me up to date on the status of the project and next steps. The one time I expressed concern about the amount of time to install the shower glass, Joe immediately escalated the issue with the owner and everything was resolved in a couple days. This company is family owned and the family members work in the business. They take their work product and customer satisfaction very seriously! We are extremely happy with the overall quality and finished product of our bathroom. These guys do top notch work! We will definitely have them back when it's time to remodel the kitchen (hopefully soon)!!!

The Elite team was fantastic to work with from the start. Amber was great in supporting our vision and managing our budget. Dave led the crew and was great. We trusted him to be in our house each day while we were at work, the house was cleaned up each night and the entire project was both on time and on budget. We would definitely recommend the Elite team again.

It went great. The entire process was pretty much trouble free. I think that can be contributed to the up front detailed planning we got from Elite. There were a few things that came up during the install but we were able to find several options and still made our original plan work. David and Mathew were on time each day (over the course of 7 1/2 weeks), were very professional, great workmanship, and treated our house as if was their own. Cleanup always happened between 3 and 4 PM. Good people.

The representative came out, looked at the bathroom and took some measurements. We talked briefly about what I wanted to do, but did not get into any specifics. We did not pick out materials or go over certain design elements that I like to see. He said the work would cost around $20, 000 to do and we would send me the designs in a couple of weeks. At the time I should have told him not to bother because the price was way too much. Our condos typically resale around $120,000 so it doesn’t make sense to to a $20,000 bathroom renovation. Anyway, I got th design mock ups a couple of weeks later and the shower looked nice, but the rest of the design was not to my liking and some parts of it even looked like end result would have looked like unfinished work when done. He did offer to do another design, but by then I done. I was clear they were only looking for higher end clientele.

We were quite impressed with the bathroom renovation that was completed this summer by Elite Home Remodeling. The Elite personnel from Robert, the owner, to the office staff, Nancy & Janet, to our skilled craftsman, Joe & Dave, made our renovation a smooth process. Our workers were punctual and professional at all times and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. The quality of their work and smoothness of the project exceeded our expectations. We are now contemplating another remodeling project, as well as, another family member.

We recently hired Elite Home Remodeling to completely remodel our master bathroom and our kitchen. We were very pleased with the entire process. From our initial meetings, Robert was very helpful, listening to what we hoped to accomplish and then adding his own suggestions for making the projects successful. Receiving the 3D plans was helpful for me to visualize the appearance of the completed project. We received a detailed billing list for all that was to be done which was accurate and final (we did request a few small changes as the work proceeded, which were accounted for and reasonable in cost.) The work crew was EXCELLENT: two professional and pleasant individuals who clearly took pride in their work and strove for perfection. They came EVERY WEEKDAY for the months that it took to complete the project .I've heard so many stories about crews who disappear for weeks at a time to work on another project; this never happened with our crew. There were a few unexpected issues that arose along the way, which were quickly and effectively addressed. The final appearance was literally beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Elite Home Remodeling without reservation.

Through every step of my kitchen remodel process, Elite Home Remodeling showed an exemplary level of excellence. It started with Matt my kitchen designer. He came to my house and, like all designers, assessed the scope of the project and my budget. But unlike other designers I was considering, I was reassured that he not only understood the challenges of remodeling a 100 year old house, but also clearly had an appreciation for its aged charm. Additionally, he took the time to understand me. I am formerly a professional chef who still regularly cooks for large groups of people, so I had specific wants and needs for my kitchen. For me, ease of cleaning, speed, and practicality were the order of the day. When we went to their showroom for our follow-up design meeting he presented us with so many innovative and custom-made touches I was even more excited to do business with Elite than after the first meeting. After this, the process of choosing all the details was enjoyable and went by relatively quickly. Elite, by their own admission, doesn’t emphasize a lavish showroom or advertising budget, but everything you need to make your decisions is there. During this meeting we saw the impressive craftsmanship of their available custom Amish cabinetry and also met the granite fabricator and tile backsplash companies they use. We were just as impressed by them as we were with Elite. By the time we finalized the contract the price was a bit higher than we had originally anticipated, but we were happy to spend the extra amount because benefits were so apparent. Elite’s excellent reputation means they do book many months in advance, so it was about four months before they started work, but this was all explained up front. When work began, they finished on time, if not slightly faster than they originally quoted. Our carpenter, Sam, was hard at work bright and early almost every day. If he was ever going to be late, he always texted me first thing in the morning to explain. His speed, attention to detail, carpentry skills, and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Whenever there were last minute adjustments or decisions that needed to be made he made sure to consult with me while also offering his expert opinion. The other people Elite works with, like electricians and plumbers, also seemed to share Elite’s values of excellence, speed, and cleanliness. When our kitchen was finished, it was even more beautiful and functional than I had pictured. We have already received many compliments for our kitchen from friends and family who have complimented it for being classy, unique, and full of cool touches that make the most of the space. I find I am able to cook more quickly while keeping the kitchen much cleaner than in my previous kitchen. I highly recommend Elite Home Remodeling in all areas and look forward to working with them again as soon as I can.

We met w Robert Harmon in early Dec to discuss our remodeling project. We talked about our ideas and listened to different suggestions. We met with him the next week to see a rendering of the newly designed bathroom and price. I thought it was somewhat expensive until we priced the project w another company. Elite was a fair price! We started our project in June. Joe and Dave arrived promptly every morning at 7:00. We were very impressed with their work ethic! They were solid hard working guys that were reliable & knowledgeable of the job & very polite and respectful of us living in the house throughout the remodel. They made sure each day the mess was cleaned before leaving. If there were doubts about a specific area, they always checked to verify our wants before continuing. Joe & Dave treated our place as if it was their own. Their workmanship was excellent!!! I highly recommend Elite Home Remodeling! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

From start to finish and then some, we are grateful for the work that Elite did in our home. I have my dream kitchen. Robert, Janet and their team are kind, courteous and trustworthy. We initially met Robert when we were in our first home and trying to make the decision to add on versus moving. When we opted to move and knew we wanted to redo the kitchen in our new home, we only called Robert back to do the job. Hard working, quality people who care about doing the right thing. We will definitely call them for future home projects.

We got quotes from about eight different companies before we made our selection. We chose elite based on their presentation and price, they were not the very cheapest but we were really impressed with what Amber put together she made a full rendering of what our project would look like with all the details and made us feel very comfortable about hiring them. They were very responsive to communicate throughout the process and they completed the work quickly and well. Our kitchen only took about 5 weeks. We really loved the team they sent to do the work, Joe and Zach were awesome to work with, we would recommend asking for them!

ELITE WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. FROM THE TIME AMBER CAME TO MY HOUSE TO DISCUSS WHAT I WANTED TO THE SELECTION OF CABINETS, FLOORING, LIGHTING, ETC TO WORKING WITH JIM AND NICK WHO ACTUALLY DID MOST OF THE RENOVATION--THEY WERE ALL GREAT. SO WERE THE ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING SUB CONTRACTORS. EVERY DAY I GET TO REMEMBER WHAT A GREAT JOB THEY DID. SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG TO SUBMIT THIS REVIEW. I THOUGHT I HAD ALREADY FINISHED IT.

We called to schedule a time to have someone come out to our house to provide us an estimate on a 3 or 4 season room. The person showed up, took measurements, we talked through what we were looking for. They said they would have an estimate back to us in two weeks. We never heard from them again. No follow up, nothing!

We had two project which we worked with Elite to design and complete. This included a basement remodel and a kitchen/family room remodel. The basement project went first in order to get the kitchen plumbing roughed in for the first floor (kitchen/wet bar). The basement improvements included demolition and framing/installation of drywall, carpeting, installation of egress window, replacement of other windows (block windows), installation of bar/kitchenette area (wood flooring - LVT Coretec Plus, bar, cabinets, granite counter tops, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher), installation entertainment center, drywall ceiling and recessed lighting, installation of new doors and staining others to match. The end project exceeded our expectations. The Elite team did a great job taking our ideas/visions and coordinating those into a great space for our family. They had an attention to detail and ensured the quality of our installation/remodel. The first floor/kitchen remodel included opening up our floor plan to expand our kitchen into the former dining room area. Work included demolition of walls and soffits, drywall, flooring (tile)., refinishing of existing hardwood floors, new windows, 12' granite island (with range built in), new cabinets, built in appliances, kitchen sink and wet bar, painting, update half bathroom (new commode, vanity, tile, painting, etc.), etc.. Needless to say it was a large project. Elite and their Team (especially their Project Managers and Production Managers) did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the process in the design, supporting us (patiently) during selection of materials, and ensuring the quality of the final project. I was so impressed by the attention to detail and how it truly felt like a partnership. Best of all was that with this large scope that the project came in at budget with minimal change orders (small changes to address deficiencies uncovered during demolition -- e.g. subfloor and insulation). It feels like we doubled our square footage, but we just re-purposed our existing areas to be usable for our family.

I was very impressed with Robert when he came for the quote. He was on time, very friendly, easy to talk to, and really seemed to know his stuff and touted his company's focus on quality. We discussed all the changes we were hoping to make to the house, Robert took measurements and made some notes and then promised to call with a quote within a couple weeks. I sent a follow up email later that day with all the details listed, and pictures included. The amount of work we were asking to have done would probably have been at least $10k or more (considering the square footage of our downstairs (1200sf?), which was all to be converted to wood flooring) so a decent amount, I thought. I have since never heard from Robert, with the exception of after I called the second time to follow up (once after about a month, once again two weeks after that) and I mentioned if I didn't hear back we'd need to go in a different direction. At that time I was again told the quote was coming. It has now been 5 months (Aug 9th to Jan 16) and still no quote. I have pretty much given up on ever getting one and am not sure I would hire them even if I did at this point - how could I trust they would actually show up to do the work if they can't even provide a quote when they're supposed to still be in the trying to get my business phase?

The drawings gave us a great idea of how the bathroom would look if we followed through on the remodel. We even had a meeting with Elite (Amber) to discuss possible changes, materials, and costs. The meeting was educational and very worthwhile. And Amber took her time with us, was very professional, and pleasant to work with.

We purchased the Angie's List deal to have an Elite designer look at our space, give us remodel ideas and draw up a plan. That all went very well. Chad was helpful and professional, but moving forward with the remodel was too pricey with Elite.

We loved our crew - Seth and Dave! They did a wonderful job and the outcome is beautiful. With any remodeling project, there is always bumps and mishaps but these two were professional from the start. I want to give some props to Dave also because he did beautiful work with our tile and he was always careful to do the job as good as his own home deserves. Thank you to the crew, Amber, Kody, and Janet for this wonderful bathroom!
