I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They did a very nice job and we were pleased with that. They were very courteous and prompt. This company seemed to give a lot of thought to the design. For not very much money, it was well spent. She came out and looked at it in the spring then we actually met with her about a month ago.

I was very impressed with thier expertise. I have an odd shaped kitchen area and I never knew what to do with it. Plus it was very outdated. He came out and fairly quickly came up with good ideas. He said he has seen so many kitchens of so many shapes that he could visualze what needed to be done. He also had brochures of possible cabinets which helped me visualize how it would look. About 2 weeks later he sent computerized drawings of how it would look. It as all very professional . I did decide not to proceed at this time because he explained that the kitchen area would be non-functional for a couple of weeks (but there would be water for dishes etc.). Plus, I didn't want to buy new applicances at this time. But they will definitely be the first call when I do decide the timimg is right.

I have tried multiple attempts (March, May, June of 2013) but have not received it after this long period of time. We are very disappointed about the service the Elite Home Remodeling provided. Also I would like to file the grievance to the company. Below please find out the information about the order/purchase. It didn't really work well for us. We were looking for something on a more grandiose scale because our kitchen is really tiny and we wanted to open it up and made it bigger. He just made it the size that it was and just remodeled what we have currently and that wasn't really what we wanted. We wanted definitely more square footage in our kitchen and I told him that, but he just gave us an updated form of our current kitchen. He said he would work something out but we've not heard from him.

Amber was very nice, and punctual, no pressure to buy, she was open minded. Its a family business, I like that

Amber and Al were great! Amber came out and met with us to go over the project and she accompanied us to pick out cabinets and tile. She was very helpful and very patient. Al did a great job and worked around our schedule when we needed him to. He also put up with our needy dog everyday. They went a little past the scheduled completion date but everything is amazing so it was definitely worth it. I couldn't ask for a better master bathroom. I would definitely recommend Elite and would use them in the future!

Actually, Robert was out to the house and did my three dimensional drawing. I am getting ready to head out to their showroom to finish my big deal by looking at the cabinets and everything so he can narrow down pricing. This is the second time I have used Elite Home Remodeling. They actually built a sun room on the back of our home probably six years ago, and I was very impressed by Robert at that time. So, when I saw the Angie’s List big deal for the kitchen, I purchased it on a Friday or a Saturday, and he contacted me. He said that he saw that I purchased an Angie’s List big deal and wanted to set up an appointment at my convenience which was really nice. So, I did not have to try to get hold of him or reach somebody in their showroom. When he sent me the plans, everything there was exactly what we talked about. I did not spend more than the $49 big deal that I purchased.

It was a very good experience. I had a meeting with Amber about the bathroom we are having redone and she came out and looked at it. I met with her on the 16th of July after she had drawn up the plans for what she would do in the bathroom and the cost of the various things. I would consider using them.

It was fine. They offered to come out shortly after we purchased it, but we put them off as we didn't need or want it right away. There were no additional charges and they did exactly what they said they would do. It was, actually, very excellent. The woman who came out is part of the family that owns the company. She's very knowledgeable, she asked all the right questions, in a very timely way she put together an estimate, called us, and she's been very responsive. She had the estimate ready within two weeks, which is what she said she would do. We just saw her yesterday for the estimate and the drawing. It was extremely well done and if we can afford it we'll work with her.

The lady ( sorry I cant recall her name) was very punctual and helpful through out the whole process. She did what she promised she was going to do and engaged us in every way possible. The estimate turned out to be expensive than we previously thought so we decided to put the whole plan on hold.

Great experience! Amber was very helpful and thorough in creating a vision for what we wanted.

All went fine. Still deciding on whether to move forward or not.

Elite Home Remodeling came out and took a look at the kitchen. They did what I expected them to do for me. I would use them again in the future.

They were very professional and started within one day of the estimate, and finished within 2 weeks of the start. they also cleaned up after themselves. we were very pleased with the overall functionality and appearance of the kitchen. There are only a few minor complaints: there were questions that we didn't know to ask that they didn't ask us in advance - minor things such as did we want the sink's soap dispenser on the left or the right, and what color cam lights. It was a good thing that we were home to answer such questions as they worked. Had we not been home they either would have used their judgement - and possibly guessed incorrectly - or called us a few times a day. we had discussed the height of the cabinets and drawers, but not the width. We assumed the width would be the same as previously. it turns out that with the new design, the cabinets and drawers shrunk slightly. very inconvenient for figuring out where to keep things. we must be the only people to pay this money to have less drawer space afterwards than before. our custom lazy susan cabinet still doesn't have the tall railing that we thought it would have when we put in the custom lazy susan. we have a 24 inch cabinet over the fridge that has no middle shelf. this is because they thought they were being helpful based on a discussion with my husband that they misunderstood. We do have whole-wood cabinets that we thought were good quality, but they started getting tiny nicks almost immediately. I don't know if this is normal. We were very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again. I've recommended them to friends and neighbors. We had shopped around with several area remodelers and they were competitively priced for the work done.

The services turned out excellent and the company was very responsive. They followed up on some of the subcontracting a year later for a door that was installed and had a malfunction. They were able to resolve the problem for us.

We have yet to finalize plans but the process of designing our new kitchen has been smooth.

My kitchen is orginal to my 1940s house-BAD.Angies list had a special I purchased. Amber came to my home and did measurements and asked for my preferences. She created a remodel plan and gave me a grat estimate. I am in the process of getting financing to do the project.

Very well, we are quite pleased with the design.

Mr. Harmon arrived on time ....... measured the bath and jotted all the details ........ he also changed a lightbulb in the bath as i could not have done so ...... he explained what Elite does and shared experience of his staff and history of company and showed me pictures of jobs he had done ...... it would seem Elite is a professional company who knows what to do ........ while Mr. Harmon was here I showed him two other projects I needed to do ........ Elite could do them and Mr. Harmon quoted a price for both jobs .... to date Elite has not performed any actual construction work for me but he did submit a professional drawing of the bath that needs remodeling which is what I paid Angie's for ........

Amber met with us in our home about a kitchen and half bath design plan. She was on time and very pleasant and knowledgeable. She had great ideas and had brought along a large notebook with photos of previous design work they had done. They have been in business for years and have very experienced workers who have been with them a long time as well. Amber took her time and answered all our questions. I met with Amber again on May 4th to see our floor plan and designs. I got mixed up about the location of the cabinet showroom we were to meet at due to my GPS sending me to west 5th Ave. rather than east 5th Ave. I was an hour late!!!! I'm never late and was very embarrassed. Amber was very kind and understanding about it all. We went over the plan and it is just wonderful. She allowed for a few different layout options for corner cabinets, etc. Although we haven't decided yet whether to go forward with the redesign, I would highly recommend this company. I feel confident that they would do an awesome job. (I rated them high on pricing although we have not gotten any other estimates so I really don't know how they compare. The itemized prices sounded reasonable to me though.)

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The design was acceptable but not overwhelming. Their quote was pretty expensive so I am waiting on a follow up. We haven't decided what to do with them yet. They were pleasant and sociable. She did what she needed to do for the quoting process.

They were wonderful. They did a good job. They followed through. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They were really good.

They did a very nice job! They were very professional, they were done on a timely basis and we were satisfied with their work.

She came out and gave us an estimate. She was very, very nice. She was prompt and courteous. I've been really impressed with them so far. The quote was for the flooring was roughly $10,000 and the cabinets were going to be $4500. The price on the cabinets included a couple of changes in the dynamics, adding one but refacing the others. The total quote was $14,000 to $15,000. There was no pressure to sell me anything. I loved the fact that she sent me out a broken down price list of the estimate. She was completely thorough. She gave me ideas of things I hadn't thought about. She was very helpful. She did everything she could to make as economical for us as possible.

Robert provided us with a beautiful plan for a complete remodel of our master bathroom from a Big Deal. That plan would include moving walls and installing a garden tub. That was a bit beyond our means, but as we were considering options we had a change in our lives. My elderly mother came to live with us and we needed the walk in shower replaced fast, as she is unable to use the tub shower in our other bathroom, and our walk in shower in the master bath was leaking. (This is the reason we were considering the remodel in the first place.) Robert and Janet worked to accommodate our need as quickly as possible. Joe installed our shower, which is beautiful. It took a while for the custom door to come in, but we were able to use a shower curtain while we waited. We were so pleased with the result that we asked them to come and replace the floor in our half bathroom. Cliff did the work for us there, and it too is beautiful. Everyone at this company is helpful, kind, and responsive. We will use them again soon.
