We have not completed our job yet. We had an initial meeting. He was good, very professional, had some suggestions, and willing to work with me. He came in October often, my daughter ended up having surgery at the end of October and I really have not been able to do anything since then. I have been back and forced to her home in October, so, he has not done anything more. He came but I hire what the deal was, for he would come and get me a diagram of remodeling a bathroom and he actually has not even done that yet. We cost ever I explain my situation, he said, fine, when you are home, I know you are going to be there for a while. I will come back with a work up of I would propose to do to the bathroom, so, that is where we work. He was willing to put off coming he said he would deduct any cost of what I have paid for the $55, he said. There is an agreement. I do not have to pay for right in front of me at some sort of the discount. It was the worst performed within a certain time frank. But he said, due to my circumstances, he would way back and we were able to get the work schedule, he would honor that discount.

I'm still working with them. So I can't give a full report on their services.

The entire experience of working with Elite Home Remodeling was flawless. Robert, the owner came to the first meeting and sat down with me while I explained what I was wanting to do. He went out and took measurements and then we discussed the specifics of the room. He came up with some great ideas that look fantastic in my room. He put some smaller windows near the floor that overlooks the pond. It turned out beautifully. Tom who designed the room came out with the plans and we made a few small changes. They said it would be about 4 weeks to get the permit and plans together and it was exactly four weeks. They called and told me the job would start on Monday. Dave and Rocky arrived early Monday morning between 7:30-8 a.m. everyday!! They started early every day taking only a short break and would work until approximately 4 p.m. every night. Dave would then come to me after working and explain what was happening regarding permits,etc.and that I needed to decide on the type of wood I wanted. He was so patient showing me different kinds of wood I could choose and he helped guide me through the process. I was amazed how he would spend 45 minutes with me after he had just worked so hard all day. He wanted everything to be perfect and it was. Rocky was the first to arrive and would get the job site ready for the day. By 8:00 a.m. machines and hammers were going. It was my wake up call. No more sleep for me. My two little white dogs would go out and greet them. They even took a few minutes in those first few days to let the dogs know them. My dogs were so comfortable; so much so they would sleep through the hammers and machines. We called Dave the "Dog Whisperer" because he was able to get Ruby to come to him which was rare for her. Dave and Rocky worked so well together. They were a team and it showed. Later another Dave came who was truly skilled, too. The three of them were a joy to watch. They all knew what their part was and they did it. They battled the cold, snow, wind and never complained. Sometimes, I would hear them out whistling or singing as they worked. They had one day to get the roof on because they were calling for snow and ice the next few days. They started at 7:30 and did not finish until every shingle was on that roof. I don't even thing they took a lunch that day. The men were always kind, polite and professional every day they worked. If I had any concerns, I could tell them or call Janet, Robert's wife who would quickly get a message to Robert and the concern was addressed immediately. It was obvious the whole group was a team and everyone who works for them knows it. They are customer friendly. They do what ever it takes to make the customer happy and I am thrilled. The room exceeded my expectation. It is solid and well constructed. They produce quality work!! They finished the room last night and when they left, it was spotless.. Windows were washed, no paint anywhere on the floor, and they swept and dusted the floor. They handed me the keys to a spectacular room. I would highly recommend Elite Home Remodeling to anyone wanting to remodel or build an addition to their house.

That service was good and the price was close to what we had estimated the job might cost. Elite will be doing our remodeling and I will update my review after it is complete

Waited a week to call and cancel the evening before the appointment the first time. Didn't even bother to call when they didn't show up the second time. Lost two days of work thanks to them. They didn't even call to apologize or respond after that. I picked them because they had an A rating but behavior like this indicates that they don't value their customers. If this is how they behave before they get your business, imagine how it's going to be after they get your money.

Full kitchen remodel. Family business. Very good to work with! Reliable and responded to our questions and concerns quickly. Carpenter was good with detail work. Created a very nice high quality kitchen. Highly recommended.

Robert and Janet Harmon and their team of installers were great to work with. My kitchen remodel began with a $16,000 estimate, but ended up at $21,000 because I kept adding things. Robert and Janet were very patient with me as I struggled to make decisions. Their employees were all very professional, going above and beyond what one usually expects. For example, the guy that installed my tile backsplash wasn't happy with the way the tile was lining up with the kitchen window, and he discovered that the window was installed crooked when the house was built in '86. He removed the window sill and squared it up. He also tiled behind the refrigerator all the way to the floor even though you can hardly see it between the fridge and cabinet. The paint store made a mistake mixing the stain I had selected. Once it was applied and discovered, the guys that refinished the hardwood floors re-sanded and hand mixed the stain to achieve a perfect finish. Brad, the cabinet installer was meticulous and great to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a kitchen remodel.

We had a good experience with them. It was fairly pricey. My wife's going to get another estimate. I was very impressed with the company and the people that we dealt with. We worked with Amber. It was excellent. We went to their showroom. Amber came out a couple of times and measured and came back to give us an estimate. One thing we liked about it was that the estimate was very detailed between labor and materials. They had some ideas and suggestions that were beneficial.

Robert came out for a design review of our kitchen remodel. We are still in the process of completing a quote, but Robert was very professional and put my wife and I at ease with his company and services. His design was spot on to helping our kitchen become functional.

We ordered the Big Deal to have them come up w/ ideas for our bathroom and kitchen designs. We met w/ Amber at their showroom after she came out to look at the spaces. We decided to go with Elite to do the bathroom first to start construction in early 2014. We have enjoyed working with Amber (their designer) to this point and look forward to construction beginning next year. I wanted to wait to review Elite until we actually had the work done to make a more complete assessment, but I keep getting this reminder to rate them, so I'm putting this review in the meantime, and I can add more later.

I am pleased with the upfront communication, guidance, and suggestions coming from their design team. Pricing is fair, not inexpensive, but I expected the predicted costs based on the quality of materials I wish to use to update my kitchen, and anticipate the quality of workmanship will be good. I will need to review again as the job progresses.

Our project was started earlier than expected due to a delay with one of Elite's other projects, and our project ended later than expected due to circumstances beyond their control, such as the tub we ordered ended up being out of stock and their glass shower wall supplier needed to come back to fix leak. Elite was very responsive to items that needed attention. We liked the fact that they were a family business and had a "brick & mortar" place of business w/ showroom which we visited. They provided an itemized proposal of the work to be performed with prices and, Amber, our sales person helped us with tile selections and offered advice. Al, the project manager, left notes at the end of the day with what had been done, next steps, and updates. He was easily reached by phone and e-mail as well as their office.

It was okay. It was not a great design and it was very similar to what we had. They also doubled our budget with the design they came up with.

Although the choice of appointments was very limited, we were able to have an on-site visit within a few weeks of purchasing the deal. The visit was prompt and all appeared to go well at the time. We had the follow-up visit 4 weeks later at the Elite site. The kitchen drawing was close and we discussed a few tweaks to make it as we wanted. The bathroom was way off though. Not only were measurements incorrect, unique things with our space were ignored. We worked on an improved design although measurements were still incorrect. Over two months later (due to maternity leave of the designer), we received our drawings and quotes. The bathroom was a hand sketch, not even on a computer. Not quite the 3-D design as paid for. The kitchen drawing included 3-D models. Unfortunately it did not include any of the tweaks we discussed in the previous meeting. I do like the straightforward line by line pricing; it was quite high compared to past quotes (over double for the bathroom) though. I'm a bit confused why they offered this package so close to the designers due date along with having no back-up plan. They are currently booking into March for projects. This would mean the project from purchase to completion would be over 10 months if we would go forward with them. This sale should encourage us to go forward with them on the project but based on this experience, we will not.

I bought the angieslist coupon to help me remodel but kitchen and add half bath. I got the design 3 weeks later with no estimate on what it would cost to actually do the work. I pretty much gave away a month of mortgage while I waited for this. Also, the remodel design I got back was exactly what I discussed. I could've just taken my own measurements and avoided paying out anything because that's all I received back 3 WEEKS later. Don't waste your money here. This guy first of all showed up 3 hours later because of some "clerical" error and then basically gave me measurements of my own kitchen. There is nothing 3D about this. Look at previous reviews and decide for yourself.

Am anxious to have the flooring installed, but need to wait until December, they are backlogged.

The man who came to my home did the consultation estimated me a price of 28,000 dollars I tried to explain to him that my current fixtures could stay and that I did not want to spend that much on a bathroom remodel he told me he would figure out some new prices and follow-up with me however he never did.

We had several appointments setup but due to personal reasons I had to cancel.

Bought the Angies List Big Deal for a 3d diagram for remodeling our Master Bathroom. The appointment was punctual and went well. We didn't hear back for weeks so I called the company to inquire, and found out that the designer who does the diagram was off as his wife was having a child. That I understood. I was told I would receive a quote soon after but the designs would take a while. This I also understood. A week later I had to call back to inquire about the estimate. Days later I finally received my email with the estimate. I received the diagrams finally almost 2 months later. The estimate was for over $28000 to remodel a small master bathroom, and it did not include a window I asked for. Also when I finally received the diagrams, the larger shower, and possible future standing bath tub were actually switched in position from what was discussed, even though in the estimate prices for re-routing plumbing were included. We have received estimate's since then that were half of their price, though trying to compare the possible quality of what the woodwork provided is impossible to compare, the shower surround of Onyx, and the counters of Granite or better, as well as the demolition prices were much higher.

I made the purchase on March 23, 2013. In late June an appointment was set up (for August 1) with Amber, the owner's daughter. Amber did not call to confirm the appointment. Amber did not show up for the appointment. Shortly thereafter, I called Robert, the owner, and scheduled an appointment for August 6. Robert came to our home on August 6, and we talked about several projects, and concluded that Robert would provide an estimate for a medium-range bath remodel with 3D plans. It is now September 10, 2013 and I have not heard from Robert. I received basically nothing for my money. I would like a refund, but do not want to talk with them again.

Excellent experience throughout - the job went exactly as scheduled with a minimum of disruption. We were never without a kitchen sink, dishwasher, and at least some counter space. Dust control was very good. Brad's workmanship on the re-facing and cabinets was excellent. The office staff was very responsive to questions throughout the whole process.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service. We appreciated the design and it was good. They bid on the actual project along with three other contractors and we ended up not going with them. A representative came in and talked with us about what kind of design changes we wanted for our kitchen. They then drew us a plan for the remodel and met with us to pick out possible cabinets.

When we decided to start getting bids for the work, we met and received bids from 7 different contracting companies. Elite was definitely one of the more reasonably priced ones. But, more importantly, I felt like Robert really understood our vision and what our family needed. This was a lot of money to spend and we were careful to choose the right company for us. When we finally signed the contract, Robert took us shopping for the master bathroom counters, tile, cabinets, etc. We had never built or renovation a house before and his input was invaluable. He steered us in the right direction based on our tastes and budget. Because of his assistance, we absolutely love our bathroom now. Our experience with Elite Home Remodeling was fantastic throughout the duration of the work. I had heard plenty of horror stories of building and renovation disasters, so my guard was up. But the guys did such a fantastic job, even my neighbors commented. They showed up every single day and worked all day for 5 months, and the quality of the work is exceptional (our bathroom tile work is beautiful - thanks Dave). Tom was the project manager and was available to me all day every day, including weekends. He made sure that the impact to our family during the project was as minimal as possible, and I felt he went above and beyond to make us as happy and comfortable as possible. We spent the most time with Tom, and he has a lot to do with how happy we are about the project, although we honestly had a great experience with everyone. We obviously had a wonderful experience with Elite and we've recommended them to our family and friends.

Well, as one might expect, the promo is an opportunity for them to bid a big remodel job. I thought the design/layout was pretty simplistic and did not fully reflect a solution to the isues we experience in the kitchen as I outlined them during her onsite visit. She was very nice and professional, but between the mediocre design and the very high quote, we opted to look elsewhere.
