I wouldn't have a company that missed an appointment redo my kitchen.

It was a good experience. They get 'A's.

Person was very professional and the plans were just okay for the cost of the project. We had another contractor come in and draw up plans the project for half the cost. C

I paid a $49 fee to get a "computerized" 3D image of my kitchen with a price quote on a kitchen remodel. I was new to getting estimates and feeling out where, who, what, when, etc. on my remodel. Hopefully its the last one I do, that is this big anyways. I was very pleased with the service, I got my computerized drawing and price quote and she was very helpful. My BIGGEST disappointment was....you can get all this FREE through ANY company. Go to Lowe's, Home Depot, call another kitchen remodel company, Kitchen Kraft, Lily Ann Cabinets, CLS Direct Cabinets, you name it cabinet, kitchen company and they will give you a computerized 3D drawing of your kitchen that you help design and a CAD drawing of the measurements. The kitchen 3d drawing is nice, but really completely unnecessary, for me anyways. I really needed to know what size cabinets would fit in my kitchen....not a drawing of it. I am disappointed I paid for this service, as everyone else has offered it to me free. They are trying to earn your business and it's necessary to speak with at least a few companies before doing such a big remodel to find the best one for you and your home...but DO NOT PAY for this service. They should come out anyways and offer quotes and drawings. The service was good, but not worth a dime. :)

Amber was very professional and had great ideas. She was prompt and professional. Unfortunately the renovation costs were greater than what we want to invest in our home, based on house value.

They weren’t responsive. I’m cancelling the deal. They never contact me.

Have been waiting for them to come out. Please refund my money

A little difficult to schedule him as they were very busy. He took measurements, discussed materials and listened to what we said we wanted, in particular a larger shower to include a seat using space from the existing shower and removal of a soaking tub style bathtub. The design he produced did not include a shower seat (he said there wasn't enough room for it)...but did have some other "bells and whistles" that weren't particularly important to us. He did quote us with an option of picking and choosing the parts we wanted to do. Even so, the cost would have been considerably more than we had expected for the items we were most interested in, they wouldn't have been able to start the job for about 4-6 months, and we couldn't get the built-in shower seat so we chose not to contract with this company. He seemed to have a set way he planned to work with customers, e.g. requiring a second visit to go over the quote. When we asked him to send us the drawings and quote first so we could determine whether this was something we even wanted to discuss further, he seemed reluctant to do so but did e-mail it when I insisted.

I had a good experience working with Elite. Janet and Robert were both very helpful in helping me choose cabinets, granite and flooring that would work well together. Matt and Jeff were the two men who worked on my project and they were both very good at what they do and very easy to be around. They arrived every day early and put in a full days work. If I had somewhere to go I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home without me being here. Although I am happy with my cabinets which are very beautiful we did run into some issues with cabinet panel arriving damaged several times. Also the flooring I initially chose looked damaged which was I guess actually the look of the flooring tile which I did not like. The Tile Shop was very understanding and let me chose a tile that I am very happy with. I would use Elite again and am happy with the way my small kitchen turned out. A real change from my 1970 kitchen.

Elite remodeled our kitchen - cabinets/counters/sink/backsplash/lighting. We had a great experience with them. Amber provided some good design ideas, and from there on just about everyone we encountered at Elite was a pleasure to work with. Their estimate was right in the middle of all the others we received and they provided alternatives to meet our budget. Their own carpenter did most of the work, and he did a great job. He was on time every day and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with each stage of progress. The subcontractors (counters, tile) did a great job, too. We are thrilled with the end result and would use Elite again if/when we ever get around to doing more projects.

There was one main guy and crews were sent out along the process. They were on time and worked very hard. It was a big job and they did a very great job. It was a nice re-vamp to the whole house. They were knowledgable about what they did, they designed and did everything very well. If I were going to tell a friend or family member about them I'd tell them to expect a good job. Overall it was great experience.

It went well, we are real happy with it. They were very professional. It was over budget but we knew why it was.

Prompt and courtious. Work performed was as described via promotional offer. Currently working with provider on cost estimates and material selection.

They worked w us I all the details of what we are looking. They gave us specs and prices for different options

Arrived on time. Took measurements. It took quite a while to take the plans. When they arrived, however, they were beautiful and very professionally done. An estimate was provided that was reasonable and detailed. This is a very good company.

It went very well. We are in the process of considering them for the actual remodel work as the result of their efforts with the Angie's List deal.

Working with Elite was an amazing experience! Robert was professional and responsive. His crew was timely, polite and demonstrated excellent workmanship! . They totally transformed my kitchen and I am completely satified with their work!

Elite representative came to my home to discuss my ideas. Once the contract was signed demo was begun. Dave is the person from Elite who did most of the work. He is a perfectionist and did an excellent job especially w the travertine tile shower and tub surround. Everyone I dealt w at Elite was professional, kind and did what it took to please me. I would use them again and recommend them without reservation.

Our Master bath was only 11.5 by 12 feet and had floor to ceiling stub walls making the room visually small. The fixtures were standard grade and dated. Elite removed walls to the studs and flooring to the sub floor. They helped us pick out new upgraded fixtures, travertine and granite. The installation of all materials was very precise and professional. I now have a Spa-bath!

It was wonderful from beginning to end. They provided us with great ideas that we hadn't thought of. Everything came out exactly the way we wanted it to be. Everyone was efficient and on time. The quote that we originally got was what it came out to be. There were no budget surprises. It took them half a day less than they thought the labor would take. The owner came to our home for the quote and helped us with ideas. The crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and kept everything clean. There wasn't a need for them to redo anything.

They did a great job. We set an appointment, Amber showed up and went through the whole thing with us, and not too long after that she had all the 3D drawings done. We are now seriously considering having the company go ahead and perform the remodeling.

They emailed us not long after we paid for the service to schedule the visit to our home. Amber took measurements, and discussed what we were looking to do to remodel our Master Bath. She showed us pictures of other projects the have done, and discussed finishes and furniture with us. A few days later, we met her at a local shop to look at tile colors and furniture types and colors. She took that information and was able to provide us with a quote on demo, build and finishing of the Master Bath, with options for us to do the demo, as well as other portions of the project to save us money. A couple of weeks later, she emailed us the computer generated design (multiple views of the bathroom) and our quote, and followed up with a phone call to review.

This company does excellent work. The carpentry work is outstanding and we were very pleased with the final results. The only drawback is they are very expensive. The craftsmen that did our work Al and Micah were extremely pleasant to work with and offered useful suggestions any time we ran into a problem.They made sure the work area was cleaned up each evening and also made sure the rest of our home was not affected by the construction. They also did extra work by cleaning up and staining to match our old wood work with the new, This was not part of the original job but certainly gave the whole room a better finished look. We believe their finished work added a lot of value to our home.

Agreed to provide estimate to finish garage and build an addition. Initially they presented themselves as very professional, came to my home and we spoke at length about the plan moving forward. They agreed to investigate zoning issues and get back to me with an official estimate. That was that last I heard from them. They even took my property survey and never returned it. I called the office and asked for them to return my survey and guess what...they agreed, but did not end up sending it to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. If they can't take care of these small tasks, what small tasks lay unfinished or out of code beneath the surface of your brand new remodel?
