He was professional and on time. He went above and beyond what was expected. They did some spots, pet stains, and they worked extra hard on those.

I would definitely recommend them and I will have them back. They responded quickly and answered all my questions. They did a fantastic job. They protected all the furniture and the carpet looks great.

Everything went well. Our house was over 3500 sq. ft. so we had to pay extra since the coupon we used was for 2500 sq. ft. We were very happy with the service.

I didn't really care for the attitude of the guy that came in. He probably was a nice person, but he was kind of a smart alec type of a person. I just didn't care for that. I can't say that they did a bad job, but I didn't care for his attitude. He just had an attitude. He just appeared to me like a Mr. know it all. He worked okay, but he was not a friendly person. They were positive, they were very kind, they never mistreated me in anyway. I'm assuming it was my attitude as well as his. They've been good as far as finishing their job and cleaning up and all of that kind of stuff. They've been very considerate in that respect. I've always tried to make it convenient for anyone that comes in to work. My grandson would come and move the things that needed to be moved that I didn't want them to have to move. It wasn't over an hour. I had everything pretty well situated where they didn't have to move a lot. It was a good price. I've been satisfied with their work.

The service person arrived 5 minutes early and was done in less than 30 minutes. While he was here, I asked him about how to clean a large area rug in a third area. For an extra $15, he cleaned that as well. The carpets look great.

I purchased the clean, protect and deodorize 4 areas for $139 - but once they arrived I realized I had 6 areas I really wanted cleaned. Instead of having to make a decision on which areas I wanted done, they let me add the 2 additional areas for $20/area. I wrote them a check on-site and they completed every area I needed. Carpet was dry this morning and looks amazing! With a dog, cat and infant smelling up the house - the difference with the deodorizing is incredible. I will definitely use them again.

I read the reviews on Elite and determined that 149 for 6 areas was a really good deal. I was wrong! It started out fine, but ended in disappointment. I emailed the company, set up a time and date, they were very accommodating. I took a couple days off work to move furniture (I like to make it as easy as possible for them). The guy arrived 15 minutes early, which was fine with me. I showed him the areas to be cleaned, and then he quoted me a price. I told him I pre-paid through Angie's list, and he said OK. The "deal" was Cleaning, Sanitizing, Deodorizing, and Spot Removal. I have been through my fair share of carpet cleaning companies, and speaking from experience, Elite fell short of my expectations. I was hoping they would be MY new carpet cleaning company, not so. The problem with carpet cleaning is that you don't know how bad they did until the carpets are dry. Before work began the guy (sorry, I don't recall his name) explained that some stains will not come out because of acidity, which I understand. What I don't understand is how the dog urine stain on the steps came out, but the same stain couldn't be removed in the family room. When in fact, the stain on the steps is older than the one in the family room. Also, there were areas that you could tell, weren't even touched. The guy was very nice and respectful. I wouldn't want this company to try to 'fix' this by coming out again. I'd prefer not having any contact with the company. Lesson learned, the search continues!
