Description of Work: They cleaned the living room carpet and an area rug in the family room. |I was very pleased. He pretreated the spots and worked to get spots out. He was very knowledgeable and offered some suggestions to help me keep my carpet looking nice. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Downstairs carpet was cleaned. |It took three full days for my carpet to dry. The result was the carpet was generally cleaner, but very few spots were able to be removed and it didn't have that nice fluffy look. I was told the stains were too "set in" to remove. However, I was able to remove some of the stains on my own afterwards. I would not use their service again.
