I received a call back from the owner within hours of leaving a message, even though their office was closed that day and I wasn't expecting to hear until the next business day. He scheduled me out 3 days away and the person who came was excellent. He completed all tasks laid out in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. The results were fantastic. This is the 2nd time we have used them and would do so again!

Elite Cleaning was very prompt, professional, and hard working. At the onset of our communication, I was told it would be virtually impossible to remove the red color from the back of the recliner. I had been told the same thing from several other cleaners. Once dye is transferred, it cannot be removed. I was told they would give it their best effort, but there were no guarantees. The sofa looks beautiful; so much brighter and newer. The recliner looks much better also but the dye could not be removed. Elite Cleaners was not responsible for this problem and they tried everything to remove the color. I commend them for their efforts. They also suggested a remedy to help conceal the problem. I would definitely use them again to clean furniture.

It went as you would expect. Was on time, got the job done as expected. Did not leave a mess either.

It was an awesome service. They charged more, but only because I requested additional services. That covered so much area and then I had additional area that I wanted done. It was in the range of $230. It wasn't too much at all. What stood out was the family company aspect of it, it was a father and son and they were just very personable. They didn't try to sell additional services. They weren't picky [02:50 to 03:12] really good.

Answered all questions, made suggestions & provided great service as promised. Easy to schedule & reasonable rates. Would hire again.

Did what agreed to do and offered to a minor additional area.

We had some stains that we were hoping they would take care of, and they said they couldn?t do anything about stains at all. They did some cleaning, it was fine. I don?t believe they charged us anything extra. But, it was kind of disappointing couldn?t take care of the stains. They didn?t even try to treat any kind of carpet stains! They need to be more receptive to requests by the customer. If they are cleaning carpet, you would think that they would be open to trying to take care of stains. That is kind of the purpose of carpet cleaning!

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work that was performed by Elite. We had a small area of carpet that had been pulled away from the wall from a leak and Rick came in and happily put it back for us before they started cleaning. It was unexpected and above and beyond what we hired them for. They cleaned the stains and odors from our carpets and area rugs and we're our the door within 30 minutes. Extremely friendly and professional. We'd recommend them to anyone!
