The service person very friendly, and efficient. The carpeting looks great, and several stains were removed. Kitchen chairs and bar-stools don't appear to be as clean as when we've done it with a grocery store rental machine on our own.

They were excellent. I shopped around and they were by far the most affordable. Charlie was the representative who came and did the cleaning. He was very efficient, thorough and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

The technician who came to our home has 36 years experience in carpet/upholstery cleaning. This was a nice change from the 20-yr-old with little experience. He was experienced enough to tell us whether our antique couch could be cleaned without damaging it. As it turned out, he drycleaned it and it turned out very well. He showed me one of the cushions he was cleaning on one of the other couches and there was an obvious difference before and after he cleaned it. After everything dried, though, I noticed that some of the furniture still looked ''dingy''. Maybe I'm too picky, but I thought the end result would be cleaner than it was. Regarding the carpet cleaning: he was reluctant to move the furniture in the room. I thought this was common practice -- not something I had to feel bad about asking for. I was also a little disappointed that he asked ME to move some of the items myself. I have neck and back pain (which I told him), so I wasn't thrilled about this.

Lawrence, the person that came, seemed like a qualified professional. Explained exactly what he was going to do and why. The job took about an hour and a half. The stain on the chair seat was totally gone. The carpet looked great. The drying time took longer than expected, but it rained most of the day.

They actually called to say that they could arrive earlier which worked out better for me. Very friendly. Carpet on steps was very wet, which caused a smell for a few days. But after everything has dried, the carpets look great. I would call them again.

Carpet cleaning was not done thoroughly, had to check work and have worker go back and reclean.

I was given a two hour ''window'' to expect the technician on a certain day and he arrived within the time frame. He spent extra time on heavily traveled, and thus soiled, areas. I thought the price was very reasonable considering the area cleaned. My carpeting looks like new!
