They are always friendly and professional. Some spots appeared after the carpet started drying and they had no problem coming back to work on them. We've hired them before and will continue to use their services.

The work was done quickly and effectively. The carpets look great now. They were on-time and professional.

Rick showed up for the appt on time. He is professional and friendly. He and his son were very considerate of us and our things which is important to us. They made sure they didn't mark the walls while passing through with the machine, they were considerate and very knowledgeable. We had concerns of some spots on the carpet. Rick explained the possibilities and the resolutions. After the cleaning, we had very dark spots (wicking) that showed up. Rick returned and cleaned the area again. One stubborn spot remained. Rick told me of a home remedy to try before we would have him come back again-he was very open to returning. The vinegar and water removed the dark. We are enjoying this older cream colored carpet. Our experience was a very good one.

They did a decent job for the money.

Told me they'd be here between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., arrived at 8:35 a.m. Carpets cleaned quickly and well, no remaining spots and dried as expected.

On or about 06-25-2007 (and after checking Angie's List) I contracted with Elite for work to be done on 07-10 with a start time between 1:00-3:00 pm. Charley, the technician doing the job called about 12:00 on 07-10 to say that he was on his way. He reported at 1:15, was neat in appearance, courteous and professional. After showing him exactly what I wanted done he got started and worked straight through until 3:00 pm. To sum it all up, HE WORKED JUST AS IF HE WAS WORKING ON HIS OWN HOUSE, placing foam spacers where necessary and spending extra time on areas that required more attention. I would highly recommend him and the Elite Company for this type of work.

I had contacted another company to get an estimate. That other company did not return my call after a couple of weeks. I saw a coupon for Elite Cleaning & Restoration and called them on a Saturday morning. I selected this company/coupon because of their BBB logo and Super Service Award stated on the coupon. They called me back that same day and we were able to schedule some time for the following Monday. They accommodated my schedule as a working mother who generally has to take a day off to have any work done in the house. The work they did was great. The people who performed the work, which included the hands-on owner (who came to make sure that they would finish on time as I ended up adding more rooms), were all very professional and thorough the entire time. I will definitely use this company for future work, as well as refer them to others.

I called on a Monday & they were able to send someone out the next day. The window given to us was 1pm-3pm, and they arrived at 1:40, which was very reasonable. They did a very thorough job, paying attention to spots on carpet and carefully moving furniture. The price was very reasonable for all of the items cleaned. Everything dried in the time frame they estimated and we are very pleased with the result. I will definitely call again.

Charlie said he'd be there between 10 and 12 and he arrived promptly at 10...did the cleaning of the very very soiled carpets and spot treated the grease stains that were ground into the carpeting. No one tried to sell us additional cleaners or treatments etc. etc. Very good cleaning job.

Very impressive (I was amazed that the carpet was actually gray, and not grayish brown, from the dirt build-up).

Elite came out and gave me an estimate and promptly scheduled an appointment. They arrived exactly on time, and in fact called and asked if they could come early. They moved furniture and prepped the area. The carpet was spotless when they left and they left me with specific instructions on how to take care of the carpet after they left.

Scheduled appointment right away, said he could come out on the next Saturday, which I preferred. He was on time, courteous and shared extra information about spot cleaning and best materials for purchasing carpeting in the future. Everything took less than an hour and it was a very good job.

The cleaning process brought up some stains that were not visible previously. The owner Rick Chapman was willing to do whatever it took to fix the issue at no extra charge. Elite's response and willingness to correct the issue was above and beyond expectations.

The technician arrived on time and completed the project in a timely manner. The overall quality of the work was satisfactory.

They removed mud and coffee from the carpet. They gave me a very low price because they had just cleaned my carpets 6 weeks ago. I really appreciated that they would give me such a great price.

Rick and his assistant showed up at the designated time and got right to work. It was a wet and snowy day and they were careful not to track in dirt and snow. They cleaned all the carpets and pointed out a couple of issues. Rick even remembered an issues from the previous year that was still there. They were finished within an hour.

They came within the estimated time given, did a nice job, and the carpets were completely dry within 24 hours.

Elite was very responsive. They returned my call right away and work was scheduled for two days later. On the day of the work, they were several hours late. They called to say that they would be late and explained that the previous client threw in some last minute requests. They offered to reschedule but their lateness was not a major inconvenience to me. They arrived at the modified appointment time. They were able to get the job done very quickly. They demonstrated some before and after areas to show how clean they were getting the carpets. They offered a reduced bill and threw in the AL discount on top of that. I was very impressed with these guys. They really know what they're doing. I plan on calling them for my next cleaning job.

I called the company to schedule cleaning of our carpets. The owner answered immediately and scheduled an appointment the for the day I requested. Charlie showed up on time on the scheduled date. He was very professional and courteous. He immediately started work and finished after doing a thorough job. The carpet looked great! He made suggestions before leaving on how best to remove spots from our "accident" prone dog in the future. I would and already have recommended them and would use them again! Thanks! Great job!

The service man was very polite and patient with my 2 small children who would not leave him alone. The work was exceptional! My couches had many stains from the spills of my children and they all came out! The carpet looks brand new. I would highly recommend this company.

It was a very pleasant experience. Elite kept their appointment on time and cleaned quickly, efficiently, and well. We will use them annually.

I was amazed. I called them requesting emergency spot cleaning and was impressed that although they were quite backed up, they made time to meet my deadline. They were very professional and did quality work and were honest about what to expect (dog diarrhea doesn't always come out the first time, depending on the amount of acid and liquidity). I appreciated that I wasn't given any false expectations and also received tips for future carpet care. I plan to use this company for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

It was an ASAP job; they fit me into their schedule within 48 hours, arrived on time, one man talked with me while the other performed the cleaning. I was concerned that the steps in particular would just appear dirty again after they left but to my surprise the carpet on them continues to look good for being nine years old. A urine stain in our bedroom almost completely came out even though it was two months old.
