The work went very well. Everyone from Rick who answered the phone and the men he sent to do the work were very pleasant. They came on time and went right to work. Very efficient and the carpet looks great. I had almost forgot there was a pattern in the carpet.

They were prompt and professional - they called back the same day I called, showed up when they were scheduled to be there and cleaned what we agreed upon having them clean. There was one carpet that I was considering replacing vs cleaning, and they advised me to replace that carpet (which I will be doing).

He was fabulous! I had to change the date 3 times, and he was always very nice about it. He suggested a company to use foam cleaning for my specific upholstery needs, which they don't do. Instead of a $200 job because he didn't clean the furniture and additional carpets, he only charged me $45 to clean the small portion of carpets that he did do. I will definitely use them in the future! I really appreciated his helpfulness and positive attitude!

They did a nice job. The hallway is the main traffic pattern from the kitchen through the house and it looks as good as it has ever been. The family room still has a few minor stains along the baseboard from water seepage and wicking but he might not have noticed it when he was cleaning. He also cleaned our floor mats and a spot in a separate room. All was Scotchgard. The Scotchgard left the carpet pretty wet, but it was dry within 24 hours. Appointment was for 2-4 p.m and he actually arrived about 15 minutes early after calling to make sure that it was OK to do so.

I love this company! I originally found them on Angie's List and it's one of the reasons I am grateful to be an Angie's List member! I have had them clean my carpet at least 3 times and each time the work has been terrific! From the very start when I called, the appointment was set up at a time convenient for me, (I actually requested a day and they had available times and gave me choices.)

They did a good job and moved the furniture as needed. They were efficient, quiet and good about explaining what he was going to do. He answered all of my questions ahead of time. They also don't have a minimum charge.

I was pleased with Elite and will certainly call them again. Their product had a strong odor, but dried quickly and worked well.

The sofa had general worn/dirty areas and also had some grease marks from a recent move. The sofa really cleaned up nicely. I had called another company who had a coupon for a sofa cleaning, but they were unwilling to come to the house to only clean the sofa. Elite was willing to come out just for the sofa.

Did a super job. I paid an extra $5 per room for deodorizing. Carpet looks great. I called on Friday, and they were able to get me in right away on Monday. Other carpet cleaners had a wait period of at least a week.

They quickly came to the rescue after another company had twice failed to show. On time arrival, quick service, and friendly staff! Very pleased with the results!

They did an excellent job cleaning carpets and car mats. A few spots showed up after drying. They returned and took care of them.

Our experience was great. Elite Cleaning did a great job!!! Our carpets were very dirty and not only did the carpets come out clean, but the service was great and guys who came were very professional. We have used a lot of the other major carpet cleaning companies in the area and Elite Cleaning was the best so far. They also cleaned all 6 areas for under $100 which I thought was VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!!!

Elite responded quickly to my phone message and gave an estimate over the phone based upon what I told him needed to be done. He promised that my home could be first call of the day it was scheduled and the cleaner showed up right on time - between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. We then walked through to show him what needed to be done and he told me what he would be able to do, including what might not come as clean as I would like. My husband stayed home until the job was finished - in less than 2 hours, I believe. The cleaning was very satisfactory and better than I expected. The only disappointment was the two small chairs that I found on top of the bed; I would have preferred that they had been moved to a room that was not being cleaned - the chairs are small enough to have been easily moved. All in all, a good experience and I would use Elite again.

Fantastic! I had several convenient options available as far as scheduling (I chose a date a little far out due to my scheduling constraints, not theirs). They came on time, set up quickly and went to work. They were polite and friendly and even gave me some carpet care tips. The carpets look brand new. I will DEFINITELY have them back again! Last year, I had another highly rated company from Angie's List come out to clean the downstairs carpets. They charged me $127 just for four areas - only three dollars less than what Elite charged me to do my whole house! Elite offers a great service at a great price.

He gave an over the phone estimate of cost that was within a few dollars, came on time, and finished cleaning the whole house in less than 2 hours (about 2200 sq ft). Stubborn dirt was gone and we are pleased with the result. We plan to use Elite again.
