They did a great job. Arrived right on time and were able to remove the stains as requested.

They were on time. However they did not actually tell me the right amount to put on the check - he said one number, so I wrote that amount on the check, but when I gave him the check he said that I hadn't added tax, so I had to go get some change and give him exact change for the tax. Second, they left a bunch of water on our (hardwood) floor which I had to clean up hurriedly when they left so it wouldn't damage the floor. If I had not noticed it would have damaged the floor badly. They did not seem to make any attempt to wipe it up. Third, the couch still smells like cat pee.

Overall, it went well. He arrived well within the window that they promised and the price was very reasonable. They already had factored in the Angie's List discount of 5% so we didn't have to remind them of that. The gentleman who showed up was courteous and professional. We originally hadn't planned on getting any of the bedrooms cleaned but decided to get two of the four done when he arrived. This did not present any issues, he just adjusted the price accordingly. There was one spot in my daughter's room that was not removed so I wish he would have worked that area a little harder but other than that, the carpets look much cleaner and smell fresh. He moved all of the big furniture but did not place any type of plastic or styrofoam pieces under the legs when he put them back. Anytime I've had carpets cleaned, they always do this. Not a big deal though because then I would have had to go around and remove them all. My biggest issue though was that there is some kind of stain in my driveway now from his van. It doesn't appear to be oil so it's either some other type of fluid or it is carpet cleaning solution. I tend to be particular about my driveway with stains so it just jumped out at me and hopefully I'll be able to lift them from the concrete.

Great. Two men showed up promptly and did the work efficiently. The furniture looks much better than it did prior to the cleaning.

They are always on time and always handle themselves professionally. They do great quality work and are very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them in the future.

I feel they did a great job and provided us a very competitive price. They worked around the furniture, requiring no moving on our part. They stayed to the quoted price which went along with our Angie's List coupon.

They were very prompt and were thorough. I did not get finished vacuuming before they got there early in the morning and thought it wouldn't make much of a difference against the walls, but it did: I saw where the dust and black cat hair were not removed. I figured it was my responsibility to have taken care of this beforehand.

He did a good job and overall was was quite content with what he did. I was only disappointed about one thing, I payed him a little extra for him to spray a deodorizer in some spots where our cat and peed, and he sprayed in the wrong spot. I was also thinking he would move a twin bed on wheels to clean under it but I guess there was a miscommunication because that didn't get done.

Professional, on-time, worked quickly with good results. They rescheduled with me when I had a schedule conflict and still got the job done in the same week as originally scheduled.

They did good work, I have the furniture moved before they get here. They put the little protectors down after the carpet is done. Their very reasonable and work with you. They took extra care to get a heavily traveled areas and they will spot clean ahead of time.

They did a very good job, especially in getting up some of the more difficult spots. I also had them do my kitchen tile floor, and that didn't go out quite as well as i would have hoped. They came out to clean it again because I wasn't fully satisfied and they did a much better job. They are very responsive and i would recommend them to anyone.

No problems, just did the work and left. Only thing to comment on was use of his cell phone that seemed to be a personal call. (My personal "hot button" is the use of cell phones on company time.) Call did not last long, but should not interrupt the time I am paying for.

OK. I have already had to clean the family room carpet again since they came. The dirt either did not come out when cleaned or it picked up new dirt again very soon.

Just fine. Elite called the day before to say they'd had a cancellation and could move my appt. to earlier in the day. We did, they arrived promptly and the work was done well and efficiently.

Arrived promptly for the appointment. They were very through and cleaned all the carpets quickly. They put small foam blocks under all furniture during drying to keep the furniture safe. The carpets dried within a day. The sofa and chair came out looking brand new and also were quick to dry. We have had the company out multiple times and each time they are very through and prompt and friendly.
