I called Elite, and they were able to schedule me for the exact date and time I wanted. I was moving out of an apartment because I bought a house, and my lease required that I have the carpets professionally steam cleaned when I moved out. The carpet cleaner arrived on time, and was finished in under 30 minutes. The cleaning was in the morning before I went to work, and I was able to make it to work on time. The carpets dried in a reasonable amount of time, and looked great. I was very pleased with the service, and the price was right!

The cleaner was awesome! Same guy as last time. Better than punctual, and does an incredible job. In and out of the house within 50 minutes, with clean carpets! We have a few dog stains, and no one has ever done as good a job as Elite with these. I'll use them again and again.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

The cleaning team arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done and got right to the job. They were careful of their surroundings and most responsive to input from the home owner. The team was friendly and most professional in all aspect. The quality job was finished in a timely manner.

Called and they came out the NEXT DAY! Very pleasant and thorough. Did the job in about 30 minutes and told me the best way to speed up the drying time.

The operator arrived on time and proceeded to set up and clean the above area. It did seem as though he was slightly reluctant to move any furniture and I was a little disappointed that something as minor as moving a dining table to get under the legs etc. would be questioned. Teflon was sprayed onto the surface but many areas were not touched. Seemed to spray around an object rather than move it aside. The carpet did, however come clean. Perhaps I would use them again if I was assured that a more professional operator would do the job. Also after mentioning I was a member of Angies List, I did not receive any sort of discount. Also the garden hose connection was cross threaded when he replaced it after the job.

This company did a great job cleaning my carpets and the guy was on time and very polite.

I initially exchanged information with Rick for a quote, but he was on vacation when I called to schedule the appointment, but that was not a problem as his team took good care of me. They showed up on time, checked what needed done and got down to work. They were done within a half hour. The carpets were well cleaned and took about 2 days to completely dry. I've used Elite in the past and was happy with the results this time too.

I love this company and cannot imagine ever using another one for my carpet cleaning. I originally found them on Angie's list. Ryan and Anthony were here exactly on time and started working efficiently. They pre sprayed difficult areas and warned me that these stains might be slightly apparent later- and I knew. This is old, worn, stained carpet and they are not miracle workers- just excellent carpet cleaners! I appreciated their hard work and my six areas look terrific!! Thank you Anthony and Ryan for doing a great job!

Arrived on time, although closer to the end of the window I was given. Looked at areas to clean and started. I had to ask to have high traffic areas re-cleaned Furniture was not automatically moved. Here's the big problem: I asked how long it would take for the carpets to dry and was told 12 hours - it took over two days for most of the carpets to dry and even longer for the stairs and landing! Some of the carpet was left so wet that you could hear a soggy-slapping sound when we stepped on it 24 hours after it was cleaned.

They provided excellent service all around.

Elite gave me a cleaning appointment window of 10A-12P. The cleaner was here by 10:15A and was done within 30 minutes. Very efficient - worked straight through. Carpet took longer to dry than I was told (e.g. 6-8 hours -- more like 1.5 days). <-- But this is a very minor quibble. Overall, I would definitely use Elite again.

Cleaned the carpet in the living room, main hallway to back patio door. Did a good job and carpet dried quickly. Did not leave excess water in carpet so this helped to dry quicker.

It went great - the technician was here on time. Turns out he got lost, and my phone was on vibrate, so I didn't hear him calling. He tried everything, and finally was able to find our house. I thought that was great service. The carpets were all cleaned within 45 minutes, and although I have seen a few stains pop back out, they are definitely cleaner than they were. I would use this company again.

He was incredible! He had everything done, including preparation and equipment out the door, in 30 minutes. The results looked GREAT.

The carpets and furniture had not been professionally cleaned in several years and the results we dramatic. Even the pet stains were removed.

They did a great job, they were polite, and charged what they said they would.

Cleaner was on time for appointment and did a good job explaining job before starting. Although a hose was run throughout the house so he could reach the rooms, everything was cleaned up and no water stain or damage was left. Cleaner did explain that certain stains in the carpet may come back after cleaning. He did treat stains where I indicated. However, the stains did come back after carpet dried. I was disappointed in this, but was warned.

I like that they showed up on time. Their price was very reasonable. They did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets. One of the workers did break a lamp, but he was honest and told me he broke the lamp on accident. Being that he was so honest really made me trust this company.

They did an excellent job! They moved furniture for cleaning and put pieces of plastic under wood furniture for protection also.

I have used this company several times. I manage properties for a living and he does a good job. He is flexible and available and the price is great.

I gave Rick the code to the lock box to let himself in, and by the time I arrived minutes later he had already started his work. He cleaned my entire upstairs carpeting and both the master and den on the first floor, and they looked marvelous! This property was a foreclosed property and the carpets had stains I did not think would come out, but almost everything did! I believe having upgraded carpeting along with the newness of the fabric helped a lot in this, but Rick was very thorough and professional. I was also quite pleased with the price, considering the square footage he had cleaned. I was quite happy with this experience.
