They showed up early which was great. They came right in and got started. The carpet was cleaned as requested and they left no mess behind. There were no hidden charges. I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again in the future.

Two technicians arrived from Elite Cleaning Service and reviewed the area to be cleaned for any trouble spots. After a brief discussion they got right to work and cleaned the carpets in quick fashion. They did a great job and left the carpets smelling very fresh. They were very courteous and professional about their work. I would use them again without hesitation.

Punctual, went through what job was as I requested. Got right to work. In & out very effeciently. I have 2 dogs, 1 room was very dirty & came out decent, which I didn't think it would. Would recommend & hire again.

Guy called me to make sure he was to clean and protect and not just protect. Told me which would be more worth my money and threw in deodorizer. Recommended we getbooties if we were to have more people tracking in on the carpet.

Very well. The crew arrived on time, got to work and did a thorough job cleaning the carpet. The boss explained to me that the rust stains weren't going to come up and cleaned anyway so carpet was at least clean. They were also able to schedule my job at a convenient time. Very good price.

Great. They knew that I needed to get to work so they showed up early and completed the job quickly so that I was able to meet my other commitments.

My expectations were not met. The contractor arrived exactly on time, was clearly in a hurry to get in and out, spending less than 45 minutes on the project, including hook-up and removal of equipment , in a very rushed job; even just gave the laminate floor where the cleaning chemical had spilled onto, a very quick wipe over, which I had to go over for fear of ruining the laminate protective covering. when I pointed out that the tile was not satisfactorily or uniformly cleaned; he explained that it was rock and therefore could not be expected to clean well and made some comment that since I was selling, I needn't have to worry. I chose this company on the basis of the excellent carpet cleaning reviews. This particular person did not meet the same standard and I am grossly disappointed.

Good. They arrived toward the end of their window but quickly did a good job.

Gentlemen was very nice and like the family business concept. The carpets overall were clean but carpets were very wet after cleaning and the hose they used was dirty so the basement stair edges were dirty after they cleaned where the hose went up the steps. But they were very nice and carpets looked clean.
