They did a great job and I would hire them again. It was a really small job. They were extremely professional. They were on time and they cared about the work and they went above and beyond and that's who will clean my house the next time I need it.

Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. They have been my carpet/ upholstery cleaners of choice for the past 3 years. They do a good job and are very nice. They don't require much of a lead time at all to schedule. They don't seem like "spot cleaning" specialists if you are looking for that and can't work miracles on cotton upholstery (and are up front about that), but the furniture always looks a lot better than the way my small children left it.

They were prompt, professional and provided a great price. I did use an Angie's List discount. They cleaned up when they were done and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Wow! My couch has never gotten such a going-over! Anthony took off all the cushions (which I've never even done) and cleaned every square inch of that couch, seen and unseen. And he cleaned the two pillows I have on the couch too, which was an appreciated touch. At the end, there was some water on the floor, which he wiped up as well before leaving. This was definitely the most thorough job of cleaning this couch that's been done in the five years I've had it.

They gave me an estimate over the phone and I paid exactly what they told me. They cleaned the carpets in my living room, basement/family room (very large room), two stair cases and two couches. They got a stain out on the stair case that Master Clean could not get out. The guy that came out was very nice and had great manners and was punctual. I will use them again in the future.

I called two days ago because I was going to be home today, and they were able to fit me into the schedule for today and give me a two hour window. They arrived right on time and got right to work. I am so very impressed with this company. Today Ryan and Willie were here and they did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this company!

The person scheduling the appointment was polite. The technician was on time and performed the work quickly. I was warned the dye in the food may not come out of the carpet. The technician cleaned the food spill many times. I can still see a small area only because I know where there was a spill but if anyone walked in the house, they would not notice it. The carpet looks great.

Called Elite approximately 7:00 p.m. & spoke to their representative who advised me they could come within the next few days. I was elated and I had family coming on a short notice and needed the carpets cleaned. My husband was home with them and he was very pleased with the overall experience of the Elite Cleaning staff as they did "above and beyond the call of duty". I will definitely use them again!

Originally scheduled job for last week but had to cancel on day of service due to illness. Rescheduled with no problem. Service team called in advance of arrival and actually came ahead of schedule. Team was polite, professional, and efficent. Overall job was completed in about one hour. I was extremely pleased with the quality and the price was excellent considering the overall area covered.

The protectant didn't do anything at all - our cats have had accidents since the treatment and the stains have been just as bad as when the carpet was untreated. The carpet cleaner gave us good advice about how to deal with odor on repeatedly stained carpet areas. However, he seemed to be in a big rush to finish and go home for the weekend, and we wonder if that affected the quality.

The person who did the cleaning was very helpful and professional. I had a stain from a cat on the love seat which he worked on very thoroughly and he even cleaned the stuffed animal that had been affected also. The results from the cleaning of the carpet and furniture was very good. I have used this company in the past and will continue to do so.

They were able to schedule an appointment for Saturday and showed up right on time. They did a good job but didn't move any furniture or put anything up on blocks like they said they would in the original estimate. Also, when I get the carpets cleaned again I'll specify that we want stain removal. Overall, I would use them again based on the quick response, quality job and price.

Rick Chapman was wonderful to work with. Our closing date kept changing and he was so willing to work with all of the date changes. They arrived on time, were very courteous, did great work. I am very pleased and would recommend them.

Was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone, scheduled within the next week, showed up on time, workers were courteous and professional, moved all furniture within reason (did not move cabinet with tv and stereo equipment). And the carpets came out beautifully!

Their service was excellent. They rented the equipment and brought it home to clean. They were professional and their price was good.

When I called and spoke with them, the guy I spoke with was candid about what they can and cannot do regarding mattress and other upholstery stains and informed me that the high temperature of the water they use was the key to sanitizing. I was concerned about a stains on my mattress, so I worked on it myself with laundry spot remover, as they could not guarantee they could remove them. However, when the guy came to clean the mattress, the stains, in fact, came out completely. Also, it took him only about 45 minutes to clean everything, and the furniture did look brighter after that.

They were able to schedule a visit the very next day. I work close to home, so they were willing to call me when they got near the house. The entire 3rd floor is carpeted, but we were mainly interested in cleaning the area nearest the stairs that had a lot of staining. He cleaned the area quickly and it looks so much better. We will probably have it cleaned again in a couple of months. For the price, this beats renting a machine or even buying many of the carpet cleaning products in the stores.

I love being able to schedule the cleaning ahead- at a time when one of us is off work. Anthony came right on time- and the cleaning was done carefully and very well. I will continue to use this company and tell my friends about the wonderful work they do. It's so great to have freshly cleaned carpets! Thank you, Anthony!

They are excellent. They did a great job, especially compared to other services we have used in the past. They provided a wonderful service, and we would certainly use them again.

Hired them to clean our entire house - 3300 sq.ft. Their rep did a good job. However, after drying we noticed that 2-3 spots had not cleaned properly. Called Rick and he was very prompt in responding. he called back after a couple of days himself to check up and reschedule the appt to reclean and review the spots we had issues with. They came back and cleaned the spots better and also did a whole area of about 500 sq.ft rather than just spots. Great work. We will use them again and highly recommend them
