There is a reason I've been using Elite annually for years. Quality work, great price, friendly people, punctuality and useful advice. Showed up when he said he would and told me how to prepare the house to ensure the fastest drying time. Took care of areas that needed special attention and cleaned up. I have no intention of using anyone other than Elite in the future and strongly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I called for 3 estimates to the highest rated companies on Angie's List. They were, by far, the lowest bid. They gave a 2-hour window when I set the appointment, and then showed up promptly at the start of that window. They were professional, friendly and fast. They were considerate of the house cat, and did a very nice job. I will definitely use them again.

They were very good all around. The carpets look good. They were careful & didn't track in any dirt. They were just really good!

They came out when they said they would. They were here within a few minutes of when they said they would be here. The one man came out and did a very good job.

Easy to schedule, showed up on time, worked efficiently and I was satisfied with the results.

I called for an estimate and appointment and they fit me right in according to my schedule. The two guys were prompt and even a little early.They were very efficient, friendly and careful. They got all the stains out of my car upholstery and did an excellent job on the car and furniture. I will definitely call them again soon to clean my sofa. The only problem was, a miscommunication on the phone between us about the furniture cleaning. BUT , I still highly recommend them , they did a fantastic job!

They did an excellent job. They were on time, efficient, cleaned up their mess, they moved furniture and put styrofoam protectors under the furniture to make sure there was no rust.

Elite Cleaning & Restoration did an excellent job from the first phone call to the finish. I was able to speak to the owner who arranged for this cleaning for the following week. They came on time and did the most amazing job. The carpets look new again. I will definitely use them again.

It went great! They worked very hard getting the stains out. Did a particularly good job on the grout on the tile floor. I thought before they came we would have to replace the carpet and get the tile floor regrouted, but not now.

They came when they said they would, they were polite and they did the work quickly without a lot of talk and things were dry within 6-8 hours, it smells good and looks great. Their equipment was in the truck, so all they brought in was the hose.

They completed the job and did a good job cleaning the carpets. However, I have a huge problem with their 20 year old business practices with the credit card transaction in that the person took down all 16 digits of my credit card. I found it disturbing that the employee brought it to his bosses attention but the boss thought of it as unimportant. The person who was here to do the carpets didn't even understand why he was taking down all 16 digits. I would not use this company again in the future if this is the way they still run their business practice.

Called me to ask if he could come early which was fine since I was home. Cleaned rug and carpet. I asked about cleaning the rug better where it was darker because of heavy traffic. He said he went over it but it wouldn't come out. I thought he might have some kind of spot remover or something else he could use. He went outside to get bill and walked over the newly cleaned carpet with his shoes on. After I paid he walked across it again to get out. I will use another cleaner in the future.

I have had very positive experiences with them. They are on-time and do a great job. Their employees are professional and courteous. Their prices are competitive.

I have used Rick Champman. My lab got oily stains on my sand colored carpet. Rick always does a good job at getting out all the stains and completing a deep cleaning. My carpets always look brand new when the work is complete.

I have used this company for almost 10 years and have always been very satisfied. They are punctual and do a great job. I recommend this company to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning at a reasonable price.

Very impressed with this company. A one-man show! He gave me a GREAT estimate over the phone. Came on time, worked hard and was done in 2 hours. My carpets were soiled and smelly from an elder dog. After they have dried they are so clean! And the smell is gone, too. My grout is also spotless! I would definately have them again.

I haven't reviewed this company in a while, so I thought I'd do another. I'm still very pleased with their service and call them out once or twice a year to clean my carpets and some upholstery. I've never had a negative experience with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We saw Elite's ad for 2 rooms for $50 and called about it. They came at a convenient time and were prompt. The price was as advertised. They were prefessional, quick and efficient. Many stains that we felt would remain were removed. We were very pleased with the price and the service.

We had a lot of work done at the rental house we own and had run into a conflict of workers being in the house at the same time. Elite carpeting was most helpful in changing our scheduling three times due to other companies doing their work. They were most helpful in coming in on a Saturday to clean the carpeting throughout the house. They did a good job and were in and out in time for another company who was hired to clean the house. All went well and we would certainly use them again.

My upholstery had dark areas of dirt from where my dog used to rub against it. I never thought it would come out. It looks like new now. None of the dirt remained. I also had a carpet cleaned that was badly stained and it now looks great. The staff were very professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again!

It took the carpet a lot longer to dry then he said. Overall is was very good.

I called earlier in the week and they were able to come that Thursday. They were very punctual, friendly and professional. They were great! They did a great job on some very old carpet. Will call them next time I need carpet cleaning.

Overall the carpet was beautiful looking for nearly 48 hours- we have pets and teenagers that visit and adults that insist on eating at the table!! We were so impressed with this company and how the gentleman protected things from the hoses. We also made sure that all furniture that could be moved was stored out of the way, and put gliders under our tv table and computer table. He called us to move the tv table but steadied the tv and then helped put it back into place. He addressed our concerns over things that happened to the carpet before we bought the house and assured us that everything looked fine and the cleaning would remove any residue and previous dirt problems. My family was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful professionalism of this company and we will be having Elite Cleaning back later in the summer to do our family room area and bedrooms. This company is truely an "A+".

Excellent! They did the best job of all the carpet cleaners we tried. We have never seen the carpet so clean. I have my pets and my husband bringing in dirt all the time and they cleaned it right up and made it look almost new! They were really nice too.
