+ -1 moreBEWARE FRAUD INTIMIDATION. We booked 4 rooms online on their $79 special for 2 rooms. When they arrived they demanded more money to clean claiming that a stair case (representing 1 room in their special) only constituted stairs up to a landing. So that the entire staircase between two floors constituted TWO rooms. I have never encountered this before. They were intimidating. Luckily my husband was home. If I had been alone I do not know how I would have handled it. BEWARE FRAUD INTIMIDATION.

+ -1 moreI wasn’t happy with them. The carpet looked all blotchy when they were finished. The technician said it was because the carpet was so dirty when they started, but I never had that problem with anyone else. I had them come out and go over the problem areas again, but it didn’t help much.

They were able to come out the day I called (within hours, really) and removed old stains from our carpet as well as a large stain from our young son vomiting chocolate milk ALL over his bedroom and our upstairs hallway. I have worked with Elite in the past and wouldn't have anyone else clean my carpets.

+ -1 moreI have a mischievous dog that gets into all kinds of things, usually on my carpet. Rick has gotten pet urine, sugar, canola oil, and even dried paint out of my carpet. This company uses great products, is punctual, affordable. They even came back to check the work a few days later (for the paint).
Description of Work: I have used Elite three times to clean my carpets. First time (September) - I bought my house, and the carpet in the master smelled like pet urine. It looked like new carpet, so I called Elite to see if they could remove the odor. For $35 Rick cleaned the master, the stairs, and the upstairs hallway. He sprayed a special deodorizer, and the odor is gone. Second time (December) - my dog opened a bag of sugar on my master carpet. The sugar, combined with her saliva, created a sticky mess. Rick took only ten minutes to stem clean it and remove the sugar. Third time (April) - my dog opened a bottle of craft paint in the upstairs hallway. The paint was dry when we found it. She also got a hold of a bottle of canola oil and dripped it all over my master carpet. He came on a Saturday to clean up the canola oil. He told me it was unlikely that the pain would come out, but he was able to remove it completely. He even offered to come back on Wednesday morning to re-check the paint spots.

Description of Work: They were prompt. Completed job quickly. The carpet was really dirty from construction and looked good when they left. Two days later, I noticed 2 areas that appeared dirty after drying. I called and they came the next day and cleaned the areas. Now looks good. lesson learned don't wait till your carpets are so dirty. I would call them again.

I was really worried that the carpet would either have a sticky residue left on it, or that it would be wet for days but it was perfect - just the service I wanted. The price of the carpet cleaning wasn't the cheapest I found but they are competitive. They did quality work and that is worth everything! I will use them again next time.

+ -1 moreI expected them at 8:30 but they arrived after 9:00 a.m. They did not want to move furniture in the bedroom. They literally saturated my carpets, it has been 24 hours since they were cleaned and they are still wet .Fans have been used and the windows were left open Either their equipment is outdated or they did not take the time to extract the water. They spilled a blue substance on the recently sealed stone walkway in front of my house--I have scrubbed the area twice but the stains remain. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the work performed.
Description of Work: Two technicians came to the house. I showed them the bedroom, hall, living room, dining room and family rooms that were to be cleaned. I had hoped to have some bedroom furniture moved, but they advised against it. They steam cleaned all the areas I showed them.
