Elite Cleaning & Restoration

It went well. They could not get the stains out of the carpet, but I knew that going in. The room does smell a lot better which is great. I have had other providers use corner guards so the hoses don't scuff up the corners around walls and door frames. They did not use these corner guards.

Great service and cleaning. I have pets and a kid. So when we get the carpets cleaned they look awful. Elite comes in and makes them look clean. We have had comments from guests on how clean and well kept our carpets look. I contribute that to them.

It went really well. They came out the next day and they did a really good job. The price was good and they were courteous and professional. They got the job done in about one hour.

They called and were able to come earlier than expected. Shampooed and sanitized the carpets. We have a dog and I did notice a smell afterwards, like it almost seemed like it brought up a smell after cleaning. Carpets did look cleaner and they did the dining room at no cost. They were not able to remove a stain, however after they left I cleaned it with OxiClean and it came right up. So not sure what products for stain removal they were using.

Elite Cleaning and Restoration was prompt, professional and efficient! Purchased a "Big Deal" - very pleased with results.

I was having trouble with the website and didn't think that this Big Deal had gone through. I have since scheduled the service with another provider so I have no need of the Big Deal. This is of no fault of the provider.

He was able to provide services in 2 days. Arrived on time, explained what he was going to do. Preformed all service in a timely manner and explained followup. Great experience.

The service was fine. We used at a condo that we rent out. They cleaned the carpets in two bedrooms. It was a difficult job because we had cat urine problems which they tried to re-mediate.

I mistakenly purchased a big deal, but have been told I'll get a full refund.

Not good. They were in charge of cleaning the set of stairs leading to the basement. It was still dirty when they left and it still smelled. I called and said if the new home owners have an issue they must come back out. They agreed to. I ended up cleaning it myself so the buyers were pleased. Nevertheless, hiring this company was a waste of 42.00 dollars.

It was a great Experience! They were able to fit me in the day after I called. I had two areas of carpet in a spare bedroom on the 3rd floor. It was the first time in the nearly 10 years we'd lived there that it had been cleaned. It was a light colored carpet with some definite trouble spots. The whole area came out great! I would use them again!

I personally was not here for the service, but my sister was very pleased with how nice and professional they were when they arrived. I arrived shortly home after and the furniture looked great! I had booked this appointment too far in advance...and Rick, who answers messages very promptly says " I will contact you closer to time to set up a time." And 2-3 months down the road RIck certainly remembered and reached out to me to schedule the appointment. I did not have to contact him to remind him . Thats awesome if you ask me. At the end they asked if we wanted to to the rug at no additional cost. Thanks for all you did. I would recommend Elite to others for their needs at home. I have already told two people about them. Will call back each year for carpet and furniture cleanings. THANKS!

They were here and they're really good. I was very pleased with their help.

He did a good job and told me how to get was off carpet and to prevent further carpet damage from pet accidents. I have been cleaning up pet accidents all wrong and destroying my carpet! The carpet looks much cleaner and doesn't look like it is 15 years old.

They came in and were quick, efficient and professional. Great personalities and worked extra hard in the stain areas. I recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Well, the stain is gone and the carpet is much brighter overall, plus it was sanitized.

The only problem I had is that they wouldn't even attempt to get a few stains out of my carpet that I had addressed.

Fantastic service. Called ahead and arrived on time. Nothing was a problem, added on another rug while he was here, and he cheerfully did the extra service. Fantastic results, great value. Very polite and nice, too.
