Punctual; did a great job with the carpets. My only complaint was that the gentleman did not totally clean up the water that pooled at the bottom of our steps (laminate flooring), so i had to do that and he left before reviewing his work with me so I had to call the main office number and verify dry-time. But the carpet-cleaning itself was done well.

Called on Monday of Thanksgiving week and he was able to schedule me for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He was in and out in under two hours. The carpets looked great when he was done; we have two small children and carpet is about 12 years old. Very professional, friendly, quality, and economical. No up-selling of upgrades or products like the larger companies do. I will definitely hire this company again!

Crew arrived on-time and were courteous. Did a great job! Did have to pay tax for the job which I found odd but it was only $10.

They do a great job! They were at first sending out two people, but now one person comes. Having one person out has actually improved the quality of work. Nicole is who comes out and she is very thorough. The pricing is based on how many rooms they clean. Prior to this experience, I was always more pleased with individuals versus companies. They are as reasonable or more so as having an individual. They are very good about staying in communication with me.
